GOOD BYE 2006! THANKS FOR EVERYTHING!!
end of 2006
31st of dec 2006..let me recall wat happen 10 yrs fr now...warning..it's gonna be long.
1996, i had my bcg on my left hand n i receive my IC for the first time!It's also the year that all the rats hav their PSLE n i landed on my forth choice-st hilda's sec and start a love-hate relationship with this school. I hate it for it's bad reputation and for the fact that it's not a non christian sch (i don hate christian, i was young at that time ok? ) and grow fr hate to love it as most of my happi n sad memories come fr this sch.prob the first time my auntie visit me too :)
1997, for the first time in my life, i took 9 subs (eng, mt,math,sci,geo,hist,lit, home econ,art) n first time i fail in exam-lit!!!!! n for the first time my table was atthe last row, right at the left hand corner next to the exit...cos my first dae of sch is the 3rd dae of sch for the others...i rem my home econ partner likes a very pretty gal(currently my jiemei, jean) n he drew a rose for her..aww..but they didn go 'steady' in the end.1st cca was net ball, then change to handbell.
1998, i score 27/30 for my history test! haa. i had a teacher that told us 3 weird rules, no smiling in class. always maintain eye contact with her n i 4ot the last.i had 3 new classmates t/f fr normal ad to express n till now i still had a $100 treat fr 1 of them, that gonna due after 10 yrs starting fr 1998. :) the yr that the flower code started. afternoon session. lotsa of patient waiting at the bus stop for late comer.
1999, sweet.easter cantata, 1 event held by some anglican association or wat, a fwe anglican schs (shss, sas,st magt pri n sec, so on)in sg put up some performance at some concert hall. we had our rehersal at sas, we left a velcro in their sch n we had the excuse to call 1 of the boy(ya the cuter wan) n ask abt it but the parent were not so frenly so our conversation ended there.had my first contact lense. had a fren that spend 1 thick stack of phone cards(that time no hp, cards pile up as thick as uno cards) talking to me. :) the yr that the jap song' first love' was so significant. :) n i fail my A math. 39/100. hw gd.
2000, heading no where.poly? jc? 1st 3 mth? 4Hope got the best class. the yr with fun fair.had the nicest classrm deco with a gigantic time table that fill up the whole notice board. had a cupboard that most of the ppl put their txt bk in the class.had nini as my neighbour except for geography lesson.first prom nite, not too gd a nite. n i got A2 for my A math. how weird. 12 pts for prelim.1st biathlon, 5th position.
2001- 1st 3 mth in sajc. first time taking a public transport to sch.last time walk to sch. enter tpjc. met the cookies. join cheerleading for national day. met a lot of new frens...police...commandos...air force..navy..yup..vball as cca. don like the lect/tut system. 01s10 so happen to be the worst class of the whole lvl, with 14 ppl retaking sub paper n retain. had the top malay mep student in my class in the whole sg, cos onli tpjc got mep..:x
2002, ups n downs. i clear my A lvl! i had another prom nite. vball went for competition and broke a record of 25-*! we even had a white towel for our coach. it faded, n ended. growing, malnutrition, end. 'interesting' econ tutor. obviously bias, wearing the b** when eva with her whit shirt on.
2003, relief teaching is fun, esp with the kids. 1st esperience in the working world. n realise accountancy is not fun. 2 yrs as accountant = 5 yrs older. first experience in hall life. mr cockroach as the first vistor to my rm at 2am on our first nite in hall 3-637. finally the real cheerleading. toss,double base. yandao spotted. had a bunch of funny proj mates. 1st try of goodwood park cake!
2004,disappointed,cheerleading again, all nite traiing were so worthwhile! train fr 8pm to 2am. i succeed, i fall. fr nth to sth. n finally a gold medal. sneak into the sport hall fr the back door. at 1am.:x not forgetting it's my 21st b dae too. n many others 21st also. new start..new founded gd frens.
2005, i hate IA..but i love the frens there..no more cheerleading..no more hall activities. joined WAT. wise choice. the yr that the 1st trolley with extra wheels was born. muahah...dinner was at rice table i still rem. many many steamboat.had a sch unifrom nite too!
gosh..so many flashback..so many memories..so much emo...

look!! that's all the gifts i got on the eve!! haha!! fr the jiemei's n dearie..hee..yeah!!happi b dae charmy!! :)
waking up in a few hrs time..meetin my prof..on boxing dae!!
went out on the xmas eve..meet the flowers at ai qing hai music cafe...but was kinda late la..h..reach there ard 10...with nini n dearie..
quite gd atmosphere there..even got countdown at 12! with a not-so-lovely santa claus ! haa..the better part of the nite was at esplanade! cos we went there for exchange of gifts! haa...
at esplanade...each of us draw lot n pick someone to buy present as exchange! haa..n jing pick me! haha i got sth fr precious thot n a piggy mug!! i love them!!
on the way to marina..surprisingly, it's not crowded at all! haa..unlike orcahrd..sure pack like sardine..
wen! haha i pick her!! haha bought sth fr shanghai, jus nice! haa
us outside music cafe...o ya..the belt was fr the flea mkt de..haha..mmy sew it..hee..n i brought a gold hp ouch n a large gold pouch too! haa..

our flea market!!
21st of dec!! hee...onli me n jing went to set up the stall on thur...cos xn n ling working..hee..we were giving onli the space..n powerpoint..so we gotta bring everything ourselves..hee..so jing came over to my house to carry the stuff, table, chairs n off we go to set up!!
glod bless, the weather was cooling~maybe cos it's a thur, so the crowd was still lright onli...hee...ard 730 to930 is the best time! haa..got quite a bit of ppl going home so more ppl come n see our beautiful pouches heh heh...
sales on the first dae wasn't too bad..haa..we had a gd start on the 2nd dae! haa..we haven set up finish alreadi got ppl come n buy!!n lotsa frens came down n support us too! hee...
3rd dae, best sales were the 2nd hnd gds..haa...earn quitea bit fr there..haa...we went to hk cafe to celebrate after that! haa

yeah!!! i love the flea market!!despite the crazy weather, we manage to sell more than 50% of our pouches n quite a bit of 2nd hand stuff...n thus a tiny profit in overall!! congrrats to us!! =)))

Despite still got fyp to do, i decided to let my brain stop working to relac!!
fri meet up with sijia walk walk again..hee..
at nite meet the cg for a gaming session..haa.was quite crazy...almost lost my voice haaa...they had got gd games there..haa..
playing this game called snorta! haa each of us suppose to pick an animal an then imitate the sound prod by that animal..haa..so there's quack quack snort snort meow meow mehh mehh ssss ssss sqweeet sqweeet ribbbi ribbbi hoot hoot moo moo...haa...each of us got a pile of cards n the objective is to clear the cards..each of us take turns to open the card..n if 2 ppl got the same card , each of them suppose to call out the other party's sound..haa..dear play cheat! he tried to cover my mouth when both of us got the same card! haa but lukcy i still muaange to QUACK QUACK!!! haa..he lost!

went to HK cafe for supper at east coast road! it's gd! haa erm..maybe onli 1 of the food..haha..the rest not too bad, butthe best is still the XO carrot cake!! it's terribly nice!!! i wanna gothere try other food again!!

haha...my report is still unfinished...haa..but don care..i will take more time..haha..he nv pester me for it..haa..but also means i got more things to add in as i drag more... n now he wans to incrase the frequency of the meetin...grrrr....
went to town for deja vu on mon..hee..surprisingly it's nicer than wat i was expecting..haha..actaully i tot i will be quiite boring..haha..but dear proof me wrong! haa..thou a bit not realistic la..haa..but overrall the story not b ad..haa...
met the gals at IMM todae..haha..cand bought lotsa stuff..haa..then fr bugis to imm...then to tamp haa...wholer dae of walking..haa..tired...tml also another dae of walking.....

1 of the meal, we got like 10 plates of xiao long bao, all diff fillings inside, n they still serve as rice n some dishes...how to finish!!! every meal is like 10 course wan lor...zzz..waste food leh ppl..
great wall!!! haha..shag...n cold...total time is abt 1 hr..to go up n down haaa...
nice hotel! haha this hotel is called di yi cheng..haa...it's exterior look like some palace like htat..haha..very nice deco...

we went to sit san lun che! but the 1 that we got the bicycle chain spoil alreadi..so he onli can push us instead of cyclying...lucky we r light..heeee

o...i learn quite a bit of interesting facts fr the guide..haa...notice that the vases r onli half on the wall!! haa...there's a reason behind this! hee..cos the tian aka the heaven is the greatest ma..then the empror is jus 1 lvl below heaven..so he must alwauys hav 9 1/2 rms..n this 1/2 rm, everything inside will be half!! haaa
these 4 thingy r called men dang..haa...the more dangs the family hav, the higher the rank of the official...ha..that's y got men dang hu dui !!
this is the place where all the gers will gather n the empr will choose his concubines...haa.. not all gers can enter this rm! haa..they must come fr families of at least a 2nd rank..haa
this rm is last time donon which empress stay b4 wan ..haa..
