Another painting on a black background. I left some intentional places with a little black peeping through. I am having trouble taking photos of my work lately. I still get glare no matter what I try. Any suggestions? This is an oil painting on 8x8 canvas panel. I really like this one. The glass jar turned out nice I think.

I have been struggling painting for a while now. I still have the love for painting and the desire to paint but life keeps getting in my way. I have a new job and hope to be able to paint more often. I don't know if the colors are quite true but this is pretty close.

I have had these angels for several years and have painted them a few times. If I changed anything about this painting it would be the cups I guess however I love the clear bottle and the soft shadows.

Do you remember those wonderful little glass baby food jars?

I am older and have little reason to peruse the baby food isle but the last

time I did go there what I saw was a lot of plastic square boxed. Now just

what can you make out of that. Certainly they do not compare to the glass jars.
