The Star Alumni Corps performed at DCI finals this year and this huge
banner was one of many that were out on the field to represent the
years Star fielded a corps. I was wondering about getting it but
someone asked, "What would you do with it? Put it in your front yard
or something?" I guess they were right. What would I do with it? Cool
nonetheless.

too. I don't think he minded.

Our friends, Alisa and Kurt, recently invited us and a few other families to join them for a night at a cottage by Lake Michigan. We had a great time. Check out some pics from the beach below.

Ian's animals

Last night, Ian pulled out all the animals that our neighbors

generously handed down to him and setup a dinosaur train. He LOVES

playing with these. At the end, we called Grams and he told her all

about them. My favorite is when he says that an animal has a defense

to scare off "creditors." It just makes me giggle whenever he says that.
