One of those days..
Hi world! It's been a while since my last update.
I've shifted over to a new workplace since the start of last month. A new place, new colleagues and a new environment. Things have been pretty okay so far. Not as rosy as what some people have perceived though. I would say it's a different kind of challenge over here. 1.5 months on, and I'm still learning from all the more experienced colleagues around me.
There are nice and friendly colleagues around. But that didn't stop me from having a tinge of loneliness lately. Probably I'm too used to the warm treatment back in my previous workplace. Probably it just needs time for the camaraderie to develop. I don't know. Maybe I just miss having very friendly colleagues who are not hesitant in helping each other out. So far, it's a very different ball game altogether over here. Let's just hope things will get better soon.
I miss the sea.
