Yay im finally up to date in our family blog now . Sunday i had my birthday and turned ..well we dont need to talk about that. You are only as old as you act or feel right :) I had a nice day the kids gave me breakfast in bed and we went to church had Levi's blessing. Then mum made me a beautiful lamb roast and we had a family dinner oh it was so yum . Becasue my birthday was on sunday , the day before Hans suprised me dropped me off at our shopping centre gave me a card and said open when you cross the road to the shops. So i left the fam walked into the shops about to open my card.. and my best friend Ange was there and said "Suprise".My wonderful husband Hans had planned the day for me to have Time out from the kids and house etc and gave me money to go shopping with ange...something we have not done for a looooong time. It was so nice and then we went to dinner as well. I'm a much nicer mum and wife with a little "time out" .
It was a great birthday i was very spoilt with my presents too.

elizas viist to Nuerologist

 
 
 

Well Eliza had another convulsion about a week and a half ago , we think well we are pretty sure . it was the first one we had not been right there with her for . Alicia just came out to us as said Eliza is making funny noises in her bed, so went to check and it looked like she was coming out of another one. we know the symptoms pretty well as this will make her 14th one. this time with a temp of 36 degrees which is no temp at all right
Anyways we had a visit scheduled for the Nuerologist the following day , they think she is borderline epileptic and asked us if we wanted to try her on medecine for epilepsy . Which would mean twice a day and with some not so good side effects. Hans and i decided not to do the medecine just yet and wait to see if she grows out of it or if she does have more without temp we will consider it.
I do worry about Eliza and wonder if its something else , we have more tests coming up for her i wish we would get answers . It doesnt matter how many times i see her have a convulsion it still is scary to watch and starts me worrying all over again.
Well these pics were taken after the nuerologist we got her a treat i did not realise it was such a big cupcake till i saw it against her little face. But seriously she does not look sick at all does she. Just a cheeky 3 yr old with a huge cupcake :)

Tyler and Grover

 

It was Tylers turn to take home Grover this week from pre-school and look after him all week. He was so excited and did a good job. He was so cute one night he set up Grover in a sleeping bag next to his bed , and when we went to check on him in the night. Tyler was on the floor asleep and Grover was in his bed. He gave up his bed for Grover what a good friend.
Tyler has just started playing with our neighbour Patch (patrick) Its so good to see him have a boy to play with since he always seems to be surrounded by girls. They were playing one day and dressed up as dads and patchs mum asked them so are you going to work now becasue your dads and they said "no we are going to play kill the zombies" then they asked patches mum to be a zombie :)
OOps back to Grover ..we give him back to pre-school tomorrow but Tyler had a fun week with him here

Tyler and all the primary kids play outside after church while they are waiting for us parents to all stop talking i think . Well there are some rocks in the garden and i guess this sunday a few of the boys were throwing them. Well Tylers friend M threw the rock and it accidently hit Tyler in the middle of his forehead. I was actually putting Levi in the car and all i hear is tyler screaming with blood dripping down his face.. I was scared it was his mouth and teeth but lucky just his forehead. Well he was pretty brave and only had to have the magic glue no stitches.
His friend M was so sorry and came the next day with a card and yummy baked ricotta cheesecake.
Boys will be boys i guess. Im sure that is just one of the many injuries tyler will have growing up .

I love this picture of the family , it is hard enough to get everyone together for a photo and then it started to rain . It was so funny and Ange who was taking the photos just kept snapping the best pics are not always the posed ones i think.

Levis Blessing Day

 

Levi was blessed on Sunday August 7th same as his mums birthday, he looked so so cute in white and he wore the same little booties that Tyler wore on his blessing day. His dad gave him a beautiful blessing.

2 months

Levi just had his 8 week check up and he has grown alot
he now weighs 11 pounds and 22 inches long

It was great to visit Alicia in her classroom. we were able to look at all her work books, im so proud of her work she has improved so much. We saw a beautiful colorful classroom and the Eliza and Tyler made a koala art work with her.
There was one point where Alicia had about 8 friends circled around her wanting to see and hold Levi. I think she really enjoyed sharing and showing off her little brother.

A day in the life of Levi

 

I hope when Levi reads this later it doesnt upset him .But i find it hard to keep a journal or scrapbook and this is what our day is like with our 2 month old Levi.

1. cries cries cries...but we still love you
2. sooo tired from crying and not sleeping
3.baths you loooove baths and calm down in the bath and when you get out for a little while
4.Tyler and your sisters adore you
5.we now give you one bottle a day you are a preety gassy fussy baby ..but we still realllly love you
6. Mum has to do everyting with you in a sling because you cry cry , with a dummy and in mums sling you sleep (sometimes)
7. but then a rare moment you SMILE and it is so so so cute
By night you are worn out from crying and fussy days that you sleep from 12 - 5 and sometimes 9 to 12 and thats great because mum and dad need there rest too. ...but again we really really love you

Eliza Jane

 

Oh Eliza sometimes we feel you look like the neglected last child with your hand me down clothes from you sister and cousins and the way you match them together when you get dressed by yourself, and neglected hair haha. We were at the lunch table and decided you needed to get your hair cut it just isnt growing thick still wispy and since someone we still dont know who cut her hair a while ago while playing. it has just grown carzy. So we got quite abit cut off. But now we can see your beautiful face that your justin bieber bangs are gone :)
Really though with your cute personality eliza it doesnt matter what your hair or clothes look like you are adorable...but we do really like the short hair on you.

The kids all looked so cute at church i wanted to get a photo of them together ...found out this is impossible with 4 kids especially when Levi cries alot. Funny to look at there different personalities.

Eliza is not ready to give up her status of being the baby, so hans tells her she will always be his baby girl. But if she sees hans with levi she has to be there too even for naps.

Alicias open day

Alicia did a great job at her open day dance she looks so cute in her uniform too. Looked like she was having alot of fun.

2 weeks

 

2 weeks after you were born we gave you your final name ...i didnt mention the week before you were william but that just wasnt sounding right except when Eliza said it , it was so cute. So now finally you baby brain mum and patient dad decided on your name "Levi Arthur Anderson" you were so cute at 2 weeks with your newborn wrinkly skin still and must of been alot happier now you had a name :)

When everyone came to see baby the next day after he was born we called him Isaac william Arthur.

It was nice to see all the kids together with there new baby brother.

We tried to get smiles for you but levi is a pretty serious baby , We will keep trying to get it. but this video shows how big he has got lately. 2 months already its hard to believe.

Ok so this blog is being written a little late ok a few months..what can i say life with 4 kids is not as easy as i thought it might be.
So really May 29th our Baby boy was born, that morning i had woken up with slight contractions which continued all day but nothing really that painful, mum came over and prepared a lamb roast and brownies for dinnner. There was no way i was missing out on that dinner so i held on til i had dinner then 5pm realised i better go now before i miss my chance for an epi(which didnt work anywyays). Well 6.00pm we got to the hospital and he was born at 9.13pm . Not my most painfree birth but still ok.
He Weighed 3036 grams,50.5 cm long.
He came out swallowed his poop and wasnt breathing to well, so was taken to intensive care for newborns , but only had to stay about 2 hours.
It was nice just being together hans , me and baby for a few hours that night before hans went home to the other kids. He came a week early we had no name for but loved and adored you from the moment we saw him...even though he came out and pooped on my tummy...ewww gross i know.

Tyler turns 5

 

our Tyler boy is 5 i cant believe it. He had a fun day starting with some presents in the morning he got a much awaited skateboard. preschool that day he brought some cupcakes and his friend Abby made him a card. We had a family dinner of sausage rolls, frankfurts but not fairy bread because that is for girls mum. Tyler loved his cake and i even though almost 9 months pregnant enjoyed making it for him . we love you big 5 yr old.

Alicias Easter Hat Parade

Alicia had a fun day at her Easter hat parade, this her last one as she will be in yr 3 next year. Lecy did a great job making her hat and has now perfected the art of using a Hot glue gun. Im sorry your silly mum did not press the record button on the video when you were in your parade. Really though a picture says a thousand words and we think you look beautiful in your tall funny easter hat.

Train Party

The kids went to lucas (from church) really fun train party last week, endless rides on the little steam train they loved it. Alicia forgot to wear close toe shoes so she couldnt go on, but the clown (lucas aunty) kindly lent her shoes to her they were a little big but got her on the train. They all looked so cute with there faces painted too. A great day

Like Father Like Son

I love these moments. Hans is a great dad and Tyler adores him and is always

laughing at him. I'm so glad i am having another son to join my two favourite BOYS.
