This is how cute Lorelei decorates the kids rom to get in the Chistmas spirit.

Santa's little helpers room. She loves to play with the Nativity and we often see baby Jesus or Mary on top of the stable instead of the Angel.

This of course is our Entertainment Stand, again Lorelei has done a great job bringing Christmas into the home. Nema even made it on the stand, top right corner with Tyler...

Last but not least the Christmas Tree and Tyler with his favourite movie Elf, he can quote the lines and would watch it 10 times a day if he could

 Top picture isLecys first day of Kindergarten  and then now Lecy today graduating she has grown taller, lost a tooth and has a wobbly top tooth and now wears glasses but is still as cute as can be.

Lecys graduation today from kindergarten , her class did a funny song and then my battery died on my camera..aaarrgh. So i didnt get pics of her receiving her award from the principal and with her friends after.  But oh well i got this cute one of the kids when we came home.  good job this year lecy you have improved  and tried so hard  in your school work and you are a very good friend and we just love you so much.

Alicia did such a great job today with her Primary presentation and dance recital all in one day.  She said her scripture off by heart and looked so beautiful.  Then rushed off to her dance recital it really was rushed one hour to get ready..but lecy did great and we made it on time and she looked great and had fun dancing.

Alicia turns 6

Alicia had a great birthday , she was so excited about her party she had her outfit all ready the day before and chose it hersef. All day I heard " How long til its time for my party". It finally came and she had so much fun with all her friends from school. Alicia is growing up to be a sweet , creative girl and caring friend to others.

Her party was the day before her actual birthday, then on her birthday she played and played with all her presents , She dressed up like a moxie girl doll and played with her moxie doll and guitar with Tyler like little rockstars singing in there microphones. For Lecys birthday dinner she asked for" Breakfast for dinner" that daddy made special with a heart pancake just for the birthday girl. Lecy made smoothies for everyone with her new Fruit factory.

Even after her actual birthday there was more when a fedex box came from nema and tepa in the mail waiting for her after her first day back at school.....she just loved everything in her suprise birthday package especially her very own HSM lock up diary.

Lecy we love you and are glad you had a great birthday.

Sydney Weather Today

The top picture I found online. You can find better pictures at www.ninemsn.com.au the other pictures are of our cars out the front yard and of our back yard. When we woke up at 6:30 it was really Orange like the top pictures and around 7:30 when we took the pictures the Orange had died down.

I just thought it would be fun to show you a little crazy Australian weather. For those of you that know Australian geography, there was also two earthquakes in Melbourne last night and storms in both Sydney and Brisbane.

It has been along time since we have updated our blog. So i have put three new posts on . These photos are from yesterday before and after church, the kids looked so cute in there summer clothes and it was a beautiful hot summer day in spring. Of course i had to get the camera out....

Eliza may have some health issues , but she is pretty gifted to be able to sleep standing up... dont you think.

Hans and Naths birthday

I guess it is becoming tradition now that hans and nath's (our brother in law) birthdays are spent in Newcastle watching nath's team in his soccer Grandfinal. It is a fun day to be out as a family , the kids love being on a big field free to play where they want. Happy birthday hans we love you oh and nath we love you too.
Hans and nath opening there present...it doesnt look like it, but hans got a GPS ....unfortunatly it didnt make it in time and he just got a print out....alittle hard to be excited about a piece if paper i guess.

I guess Eliza didnt want to playing in her bedroom and wanted to be outside with Alicia and Tyler. We walked past her room and found her on top of the table banging on the window. She is one good climber doing that all by herself.....she also fell all by herself too about 2 mins later....but no damage done she got right back up there.

Disney On Ice

Hans Suprised us with tickets he got from work to Disney on Ice this week. It was a fun day Eliza dressed up as cinderella and Alicia dressed up as The little mermaid. Tyler was not looking forward too much to going because of all the princesses and girl stuff and no monsters...so he made sure he brought his light saber with him for the boys.

Eliza and hans missed alot of the show because she was loud and kept saying dad dad dad dad and crying when she couldnt get down...so hans walked the halls with her.

Alicias eyes were glued to the show the whole time and tyler well he was trying to figure out how to get his seat to stay down most of the first half ...it was one of those seats that flip up when your not on them properly.



Alicia loved the show and her favourite princess was sleeping beauty because she is so pretty and cinderellas carriage and when the little mermaid became human.Tyler actually ended up enjoying the second half when the dragon from sleeping beauty came out and got his head cut off. He also really liked goofy (go figure mr goofy himself) and said he wanted to dress up just like goofy.

Our Junior Masterchef Day

We have been watching "Masterchef " for the past few weeks and alicia really really likes it. So i told her we could have a little masterchef day with one of her friends and cousins. So Friday alicia asked havannah over and sophia...our other cousins were still sick.
So we started off by the kids making there own chef hats out of my scrapbook papers.... Then the menu was pigs in blankets and cupcakes with piped icing and sprinkles.
They had a fun afternoon and were so hyper and giggly from all the sugar and food coloring. These Junior Masterchefs just need to learn how to do the dishes now..the kitchen was so so messy.It was a good afternoon and end to the school holidays.
