xinquan's 21st birthday..

xq held his birthday party on 19jan07 at the Oasis at Hyatt.. the food was nice! esp the desserts with the vanilla custard sauce! and apparently the mango sorbet and the vanilla ice cream was really really gd! (but i didnt eat them)..

anyway, ian and i went to xq's hse to hang out after sch, and to get ready for the party.. haha ian n i wrapped xq's presents in his room.. including this very very well-wrapped purple present =) which im sure xq enjoyed opening (more on this later on..)

we finally left for Hyatt =) and reached a little after 630pm.. haha but most ppl were not that early anyway..

after everyone was very very full, we sang HAPPY BIRTHDAY and xq cut his cake! (he forgot to make a wish!!)..

..maybe cos he was rather stressed abt having to make a speech =P it was a short, simple and sincere speech.. bet ur parents were touched! ;p

HAHA! then it was time to open his presents! of cos, we gave him this nicely wrapped purple present first! =)

after tearing through many many many layers of newspaper (wrapped by ian!)..xq finally got to his present.. (note the huge stack of newspaper in front of xq!)

..an EGG! =) haha i must say xq looks terribly happy in this photo! glad u loved the egg.. (more on the egg later..)


yup! this is what ian and i made xq! haha spent many hrs walking ard buying materials and glue-ing and hammering and sticking.. glad it turned out nice =)


xq went on to unwrap more of his presents.. we got him 21 different things! =)

ok, we got him a "damn colourful lizard", thinking that it was a soft toy that he really liked! but oops, it wasnt the right one! =/ haha turns out we got a chameleon instead of a lizard!! what a joke! hahaha!
and the cap that we bought xq made him look like some french clothe designer! haha!

on 23jan07 at 12midnight, we appeared at xq's place with a cake and sang HAPPY BIRTHDAY to a very very very shocked xq! ;p who totally didnt suspect anything at all!

on xq's actual birthday, we went Breko's for lunch.. and then Settler's after that =)

dear girl, hope u have a great time over at aus! im sure with ur cheery-ness u'll make many many friends there! pls get to know more hot ang-moh dudes! rem rem rem what i asked u for ok?? =) i'll be one happy girl if u brought me a nice one back! so dont forget abt the poor me in spore! haha anyway, just wanna thank you for the many years of friendship.. ive known u for quite a few yrs, and it has always been fun talking to u and hanging out with the rest, esp after trainings last time.. thanx for always being there and comforting me when i met with many disappointments.. THANX dear dear friend! =) keep in touch!

after jia's farewell party, went over to yl's place! haha only to be greeted by a rather red (and probably slightly wasted ;p ) kenneth! haha i drank a bit (VERY little!!) and became soo sleepy that i fell asleep in front of the tv while the rest watched She's the Man.. we ate vanilla chocolate chip ice cream with bailey's!! and watched Blue Planet for a while.. before everyone (except anna) fell asleep.. then we went to eat fish soup at river valley! nice! =)
it was fun just hanging out and lazing ard! organise more pls!!

what a lazy saturday afternoon! been watching too much tv in the morning..channel switched so much that i managed to watch australia open..sweet life of zach and cody..some channel 8 drama..and some channel 55 hk drama (which is very nice btw!! its abt some search and rescue team).. and ive been doing nothing ever since i stopped watching tv..

and fish just said she's gonna read some notes while i was just thinking that i should watch clueless or prison break on my laptop.. hmm!
