Mother's Day

I am so jealous of people who can do a blog post every week. I really need to get better at it.

Last weekend was my first Mother's Day! My two boys made it extra special:) We spent the afternoon in Rice Village and ended the day with a nice meal made by Adam. Days like Mother's Day make it hard being away from family. We both wished that we could have spent it with our Mom's as well.

Dave and Mindy's Savannah Wedding

Dave and Mindy got married this weekend in Savannah. It was the perfect weekend for a wedding. The weather was perfect, the location was perfect and it was great to see friends that we hadn't seen in a while. This was also our first weekend away from Mr. Spencer. Mom flew in to watch him for the weekend. We knew he was in good hands so we had no need to worry about our little fella!

7 Weeks

Happy 7 weeks big guy! We spent alot of today outside in the Ergo carrier. Considering you fall asleep the moment you are in it, I'd say you seem to enjoy it!

Beautiful Weather

Warmer weather is finally here! I hope it is here to stay. I'm not sure how I grew up with the cold and snow. It's funny how our bodies adjust so quickly to the different climates. Spencer and I enjoyed the 80 degrees. Poor Adam is in Boston this week for work. It is 22 degrees there. Needless to say, he's ready to get home!

Emily and Morgan Visit Texas

First off, I can't believe it's been so long since I have written. Maybe Spencer has a little bit to do with that:) He's already 6 weeks old and I haven't gotten a chance to post any pictures of him yet! I have some catching up to do!

Mom brought Emily and Morgan to Texas to meet Mr. Spencer! We had such a good time and it was so good to have them here. I'm ready for their next trip down! We tried to go to the Houston Zoo on Saturday but there were no parking spots to be found. Maybe the 75 degree weather has something to do with it. Yesterday, we took the girls to the Kemah Boardwalk. Again, it was beautiful outside and we had a great time.

The nursery is almost ready! Just a few shelves to be hung and that's it. Now we just need Spencer to make his arrival:)
