But for some reason, whenever I try to think of something, anything at all to say, my mind just goes back to the fact that it is 2am and I am still awake. After taking some sleep aids, and a huge list of things to do once dawn hits. Insomnia has to be on the top of my "Things I Hate" list. Im obviously tired, because this post sucks. Cannot sleep for the life of me though.
If a human gets less than 7 hours of sleep everyday you will loose 1 IQ point for every hour. So, in just a week of getting 5 hours a sleep (which is my average amount these days), that would mean I have lost 35 IQ points. Which means by day 7 of crappy slumber, or your 3rd day of an all-nighter, you will in evitably be as coherent as a sloppy drunk. You cannot train your body to run on little to no sleep, it is impossible for it to get used to it, no matter what. You might think thats a load in your shorts, but my anonymous source says different. This specific person has been only sleeping 3-5 hours a night for the last 15 years. Still not used to it, still so tired. In fact, I think im ready to try again.
