Week 1
Day1:Olive garden salad and baked/grilled chicken
Day2: Grilled Key West Chicken, watermelon, 3 color pasta salad
Day 3: BLT's, watermelon and cantaloupe
Day 4: Grilled Hot Dog, chips, Fruit, potato salad,
Day 5: Creme Brulee  French toast and fruit

Week 2
Day 1: Monterey chicken, brown rice, salad
Day 2: Chili lime chicken kabobs, Tortellini salad
Day 3: Pizza and cantaloupe
Day 4: Cobb salad, rolls
Day 5: Chicken salad on croissants, raw vegetables to dip 

Week 3
Day 1: Grilled lettuce, hamburgers
Day 2: BBQ chicken, Corn salad, Pina Colada's
Day 3: Coconut pancakes
Day 4: Hamburgers, chips, fruit
Day 5: Spaghetti Carbonara, lemonade

Week 4

Winter menu: January

Week 1
Day 1:Swedish meatballs, egg noodles and frozen vegetable.
Day 2: Brown sugar meatloaf, baked beans, zucchinni
Day3: Orange pecan french toast and furit
Day 4: Beef stroganoff, noodles,corn, rolls
Day 5: Amatricana and broccoli
Day 6: Chicken picata and sweet potatoes fries

Week 2
Day 1: Chicken Pot Pie
Day 2: Ham potato soup, cinnamon rolls
Day 3: Spaghetti, Garlic bread, salad
Day 4: Apple pork chops, garlic mashed potatoes, green beans
Day 5: Shrimp Scampi, linguini, carrots
Day 6: Chicken noodle soup and rolls

Week 3
Day 1:  Grocery store chicken and bag of salad
Day 2: Roast, potatoes, carrots, onions,
Day 3: Nacho's
Day 4: Ham and funeral potatoes
Day 5: Salmon with feta/capers, grilled zucchini
Day 6: Cheddar broccoli soup and rolls

Week 4
Day 1: Loaded clam chowder, blueberry muffins
Day 2: Sloppy Joes, chips, pineapple
Day 3: Garlic lemon chicken Salad

 Week 1
Day 1: Potato/Sweet Potato Bar, steamed broccoli
Day2: Hot dogs, edamame, and potato salad
Day 3: Chicken, salad, and rolls
Day 4: Omletes
Day 5: BLT sandwich, sweet potato fries
Day 6: Veggie, Hummus wrap 


Week 2
Day 1:.Bacon and Bean Soup from Our Best Bites.
Day 2:Strawberry Spinach Salad from Our Best Bites, with rolls.
Day 3: Meatloaf from Allrecipies with Squash and Salad.
Day 4:Grilled Key West chicken, lettuce, carrots and zucchini.
Day 5: Roast Beef sandwich with Ruffles potato chips

 Week 3

Day 1: Tuna Casserole, rolls and green salad.
Day 2: Cauliflower and broccoli cheese soup, and caramelized pears.
Day 3: Smokey Bean Soup and  lemon yogurt cake
Day 4: Crumb baked french toast, fruit, green smoothy
Day 5: Honey Lime Enchilada's and green salad
Day 6: Navajo Tacos


Week 4
Day 1: Coconut ship, orzo, roasted squash
Day 2: Ham and cheese Quiche, fruit
Day 3: Lemon fish bake, Broccoli, red lobster rolls.
Day 4: Spaghetti Carbonara, garlic toast, salad
Day 5: Lemon ricotta pancakes, orange juice, fruit
Day 6: Turkey burger, Greek pasta salad

cranberry sauce

Make your own homemade cranberry sauce this year for Thanksgiving using fresh cranberries.This easy recipe is so simple yet yields amazing
Ingredients
  • 12 oz bag fresh cranberries
  • 3/4 cup orange juice
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup white sugar
  • Optional: 2 oz gold rum
Instructions
  1. Place all the ingredients in a sauce pan and cook on medium-high for 15-20 minutes or until most of the liquid has reduced – stirring occasionally. You’ll hear the cranberries popping – don’t worry, that’s what you want them to do. Remove from heat and serve. Cranberry sauce can be made days ahead and brought to room temperature or slightly heated before serving.

Day two: Bratwurst with sauerkraut, baked beans, and corn  
Day three: Clam Chowder and muffins.
Day four: Waffles, hash-browns, bacon and buttermilk syrup.
Snack: Baked Sweet Potato chips

Oven Roasted Asparagus

by The Pioneer Woman Olive oil Kosher salt Fresh pepper wash and cut asparagus. place on baking sheet, sprinkle with olive oil, kosher salt, and fresh cracked pepper. Place in oven for 10-15 minutes at 400 degrees.
