ROM studio photo since April

Its been 1mth++

Its been 1 mth++ since I last updated.. haha.. Just couldnt dig out any extra time to write in.. Anyway.. recently been very busy.. busy with work.. busy with OTs.. busy with setting up the house.. busy with houseworks.. busy with catching more sleep.. haha.. The house is pretty much done up.. except for a few things like setting up the guest room.. curtain lengths.. etc..

Hmm.. this is our simple living room where me and my darling watch TV and dinning...

Still looking for a nice coffee table and shoe rack.. sigh..

Ok.. on the left is our bedroom.. still not done up yet.. more to come like the LCD tv on the wall & wedding photos.. On the right is my study room where I'm typing this entry now..

Wife at HK disney now.. me alone at home.. Miss her like crazy.. Cant wait to see her on Monday.. =_=''' Went DBL O on friday with my fellow colleagues.. Well.. it was quite fun except for one of the girl who got drunk(wasted) at about 11.30pm<-ONLY.. sigh... Overall still fun.. went home at about 4am.. its nice to club again especially when I'm so physically and metally tired recently...

Com down !!

Com's internet is down since last week due to the router... so never update.. now using my bro's com.. heehee.. Ok.. Am writing in my first entry as a married man now... haha...

Yes yes... married & happy.. but still have the custom marrying procedure & wedding dinner to go.. somewhere end of this yr or early next yr... Now busy with my new house at Sengkang... need to touch up the walls follow by paintings.. and many more to do.. things like cleaning up the whole place & moving... sigh.. Will try to upload my ROM photos to the gallery ASAP if I can find the time tat is.. haha

Been very down recently at work too.. just cant find the momentum to work... maybe its becos I'm just back from a long break or the amount of work loads for PAEs these days... Starting work again this coming sunday till wednesday... hope I will find the mood then... haha !!

HDB 1st Appt

Yup.. the long awaited HDB 1st appt finally here.. reached HDB early today about 9.15am to take breakfast with my pk ... haha... I must say the service at HDB was very fast.. only spend about an hour plus only to complete everything... things like verification of our documents, fixing out last appt date.. and payment... Hmmm.. talk bout payment... spend 5K plus today... =_= ''' ... 3K for the remaining balance to the owner.. $1oo plus for the HDB service.. and also 2K plus for the property agent... sigh... no money liao.. haha ... must pick up more OTs liao.. heehee..

Sigh ... actually intended to wash the van... but after reaching the multi storey carpark.. relise that I only have the Civic key with me... not the Van's key... then walk back home to take lor... but haha.. when I reached home... I too lazy to come out liao... so "Never wash" .. haha.. Maybe tomorrow then wash...

Up next for my wedding journey.. will be my 1st appt with ROM on 5th April for verifications of documents.. follow by trying out her ROM gown and my suite on 7th April.. Then our BIG day on 10th April... heehee.. excited.. (-_-) ... ok ... shall stop here and take a nap.. meeting Edward and Hanrey later for some drinking session at this place call "balacava".. dunno got it spell correctly or not... anyway its the one opp Suntec Mache... haha... Buang my IPPT !!

Yup... from the topic name... u guys should know what I'm going to talk about in this entry... haha.. Yes.. I failed my IPPT today... on 2.4km only.. passed rest of stations.. just couldn't run.. gave up after 3 rounds... sigh.. need to train more liao before going for the re-test(never train since ORD 2004) .. haha... From Silver to Fail ... wat a depreciation!!?? ... Anyway.. ya.. should have at least train for a few weeks before going for the test... haha...

Up next... will be my 1st appt with HDB on 17th March... excited... but still need to wait till mid April before I can get my hands on the house... =_= '''

Some updates...

Well.. for those cars idoits out there who dun know... the one on the left is Teck's VIOS and the on the right is my CIVIC.. Taken today after sending my wife-to-be to work. Only after I took the photo.. realise that our head lights looks almost the same... haha..

Just reached home.. went market with mum earlier.. had a mini quarrel with her.. sigh.. well.. its on 4D again... she can actually spend $200 plus on 4D every month... thats a huge amount.. try to confince her to cut down but failed.. got scolded by her somemore.. sigh.. she bought so many pairs.. but so far about a year liao... haven't even strike the consolation.. why not buy a pair.. and leave the rest to LUCK.. anyway... 4D is all about luck.. I believe u can strike the 1st prize even if u bought one pair only if u have the luck... Not going to argue with her anymore... she is just too stubborn.. sigh... forget it... she ended the arguement by saying ..its her money not mine... ok .. fine then... Generation gap -_- ??

Just bought my bed frame, dinning table & and sofa for my new house... hee... bought from Silver River furniture shop along Paya Lebar Rd... nice & cheap... cant wait to get the house key... excited... haha... still have to wait till Mid April before the last appt with HDB to take over the house... sigh... =_= '''

Just postponed my IPPT from 4th March to 11th March.. haha.. wanna at least run a few times before going for the actual thing.. have not been running since i ORD... my tummy getting bigger day by day.. but still look skinny.. sigh.. Also wanna go swim... but no KAKI leh... swimming alone is boring... Wanna look TAN on my ROM... heehee.. so that i'll look better in photos.. haha
Maybe I'll drag my bro to swim together later.. haha..

My Weddin Journey Part 2

Ok... my blog just being deleted by chatterbox due to in-active postings... what to do... either my blog is not being visited at all or no one wanna leave any comments.. Sigh.. Well either way.. will still write in once in a while whenever I feel like it regardless it is being read or not.. just another way of killing some free time and also refreshing myself of what I've been doing recently while typing.. haha..

This entry suppose to talk about my weddin journey.. but I already typed one paragraph of rubbish.. hee.. Recently been doing some financial planning on my journey ahead... be it the startup for my new home.. or our daily expences.. I got it all covered... Was having trouble buying all the furnitures & electronic stuffs due to low savings in my bank.. so decided to take a loan.. BO BIAN.. but with the loan.. I have to pay by installments which will eat up my monthly income which will also cos me to save lesser per month.. sigh.. so in order not to take up so much loan.. I'm forced to give up certain items and also to think for other alternatives. Things like asking PK to cook more than to eat outside.. and also to choose on cheaper but nice furnitures.. After more further plannings with PK.. finally it's all sorted up.. phew.. haha.. Next.. testing of PK's gown and my suite for our ROM... will update again.. last but not least.. wishing all a Happy Chinese New Year Last Day.

My Weddin Journey Part 1

Right... never update for quite some time liao.. as usual.. lazy to update.. Since now a bit free and also have the mood to blog.. so just write in to update on my wedding journey...

Been searching for a unit(my future home with pk) for the past weeks... been through a lot.. things like rushing down to HDB Hub @Toa Payoh in the middle of my work from woodland to get Q no401 for the WIS(Walk-In-Selection).. =.= .. and also searching the newspapers for nice resales units... visiting lousy resales units etc etc...
Finally.. Pk and myself decided to get this resale unit at SengKang East Way... nice high level unblock unit near MRT and compass point.. hahaha... should be moving in around mid May... haha.. cant wait to move in... =_=

Going to ROM this coming 10th April liao.. very nervous... haha.. Anyway will update again.. gtg.. Meanwhile.. Wishing ALL a Happy Chinese New Year.. and take care =_=

Alright.. this shall be my 1st blog of 2006.. and its already 11 Jan liao... haha.. Well.. Pk & myself decided to settle down together... But seems like there are so many things to do... flats... Wedding packages(cheap & nice??.. haha).. Financial planning... and lots more... (=_=)''' In order to get started.. 1st I need to apply for a flat before the rest.. surfed the HDB site... but seems like all are fully booked... been looking around too.. but only left those at level 1 & 2... now waiting for the launch of the WIS(Walk in selection) in this month.. lets hope I can get a nice one by then.. hee... As for the wedding packages... Pk been looking around too... its not easy to get a nice and cheap ones too... sigh... conclusion.... ALL are not easy.. need proper plannings and determinations in order to get all the perfect deals.. BTW.. I bought my wedding bands liao.. heehee..
Received this SMS reminder from the Army that I need to pass my Physical Fitness Test before 8 April... sigh.. been slacking since I ORDed on Sept 2004... how to pass??? Need to start training liao... but lazy leh.. haha..
