Lulu's Dancing

Lauren started taking a dance class once a week. She does ballet and tap and she is so in love with it. Dancing is right up her alley!!! Parents aren't allowed in the dance studio during class but last week was "Observation Day." Parents were allowed in to take all the pictures and videos they wanted. Parker was obsessed with the camera that day so most of these pictures are compliments of photographer Parker. He's actually getting to be really good. Lauren had a great time dancing in front of the camera.

Parker's Birthday - Round 3

Since Parker has two big sisters, most of his life has been spent with pink and purple hand me downs and lots of girl toys. This even includes the bike he's been riding.....the purple Walla Koala. Thanks to Grandma who came to visit this past weekend, we were able to retire the purple bike (but not the training wheels) and Parker is now the proud owner of a Silver Shark Bike and it is so cool. Thanks for the birthday gift!! Parker loves it!

A big THANK YOU hug

Working with dad to get it put together

When doing a project, Parker always has his tools

The goggles are a crack-up!!

Almost done....

It was dark outside when Jeff finished
putting it together so Parker rode
inside the house. Don't ya love the
purple training wheels?

Finally, Parker got the chance to ride outside

The girls got new "Easter" dresses and they
wore them early. Don't they look excited!?
Parker's tie is a bit long but he loves it....
Good find by Grandpa!!!

We also got to spend time with Sam and baby Wyatt.
We love babies and we had a great visit...come back soon!!

Love Day

The kids were out of school today and they requested pink heart pancakes for breakfast. Since I AM the WORLD'S GREATEST MOM I fulfilled their request. They were delicious and the kids loved them.

Parker enjoyed blowing pink bubbles

Lauren enjoyed 3 of them

and so did Maddie

After breakfast the play dough came out and
Lauren made Hershey Kisses

and Maddie spelled her name her favorite way.
She enjoys the fact that her name spells two words
Mad and Die

I got beautiful flowers and Jeff got socks.
Sorry babe! You needed them.
I LOVE YOU!!

Buckaroo turns 3!!

Our sweet baby blue eyes buckaroo turned 3 years old today. Man I love this little guy! He brings such joy and happiness into our home. He has me wrapped around his little finger. Here's just a few tidbits on Parker Boy....

- No joke, he wakes daily between 4 and 5 am and is up for the day. He is simply done sleeping. This makes his mother VERY TIRED!!
- He is very polite...always says please and thank you and if you do something nice, he compliments you. ie- Nice catch, good throw, etc.
- He is potty trained and it was sooooo EASY!
- He loves his mom.....yes, it's true, I am his favorite
- He is a great shopping companion
- He loves to hold hands with you in bed...melts my heart
- He is only 3 but fits nicely in 4 year old clothes. If he grows into the size of his hands, he will be HUGE
- He can count to 14 without a mistake and knows all the basic shapes
- He is a whiz on the computer and anything else electronic
- He LOVES Mickey Mouse
- He is all boy and loves sports
- He can spell his first name....P-A-R-K-E-R
and finally, my favorite....
- When you ask him his name he says, Parker Jeffery Allred, D.D.S. It's pretty funny. I am training him early because I would love to see him become a dentist.

He was such a cute little guy!
Love those squishy, kissy lips

Parker really wanted 3 cakes so he helped
Jeff first thing this morning make cupcakes

Parker loves ties and was excited about his
Buzz Light Year Aisle tie. That's what he
calls Buzz. Not sure where the Aisle came from
but it's so fun to hear him say it

Yea, new car blanket
Thanks Grandma!!

Disk Launcher - great toy

The only thing Parker really wanted was a
lunch box. He wants to go to school
like his sisters.

The lunch box was filled with yummy treats

Maddie made a wonderful sign

We've all been major sick...coughing, sore throats,
fever, chills, the works. This is the feel good remedies
we've been using. Since we've been sick Parkers
Birthday was uneventful but we did head to the
beach and play in the sand. No water....it's Sunday

The tiny cake....just big enough for the 5 of us

HAPPY BIRTHDAY!! WE LOVE YOU TONS!

Never Gets Old

I realize that many of you may be sick of Disneyland pictures but I just have to do this post. You see there are certain "perks" that come with living in Southern California and for us, one of those is Disneyland. My kids are at the perfect age for the magic of it all and since we have a season pass, we like to go as often as our schedule will allow. Jeff was able to have the day off and since Parker is turning 3 this week, we took advantage and spent the most absolutely perfect day in Disneyland. The weather was jacket weather, not too hot and not too cold and the park was nearly empty. We didn't have to wait in line for any rides. In fact, when Jeff and Maddie went on Space Mountain it was them in the front and one other couple in the very back. They got off and rode it again since they didn't have to wait. This is simply unheard of. Even the workers at Disneyland kept commenting on what a slow day it was.

Parker was in the middle of a cough

Parker has wanted to ride the Matterhorn for
so long. Finally, he is tall enough. He took
his Cheetos along for the ride. He loved it!!

Maddie is also now tall enough to be considered
the "adult" passenger on rides. This is very
exciting because now the girls can
ride together....without mom or dad

Since the lines were so short, we were able
to explore new things and go on rides
we've never been on before. This was the
circus train and we sat in the "Wild Animal"
car. It had bars on it. Fitting don't ya think?

A shout out to Parker....we were in the park
all day, and not one toilet accident. Dry
the whole day and he told us when he had
to go. That earned him some cotton candy.

We rode the Tower of Terror for the first
time. We had to bribe Maddie to go
on it and then she loved it. She rode
it 3 times in a row and wanted to go
more but it was time to leave. It's
her new FAVORITE ride

Maddie and Amy are in this picture....
can you find us?
