I can't believe a new year is already here...time for a little reflection...
We left 2011...
with a 2 year old, 4 year old, and 8 year old...I love my boys! Love that they are getting older too and we can do more fun things together. Really getting to hang out and chat!
with 14 years of marriage....wow....14!!! I can't imagine my life with anybody else. I love my husband so much and he really does complete me! He is such an amazing hubby and my best friend!
with a fantastic life here in Texas blessed with family close by and great friends to share our life with! So blessed to have such a great support system here. Cant believe we will have lived here for 4 years this February. Ethan had just started crawling when we moved here and now he is 4 going on 5. I will be registering him for K5 in April. Time is flying!
with Jason all ready to start school next week to get his MBA. Books have come and it is getting more real now. I am so proud of him for taking this next step in his life.
with my little photography business growing. I was booked solid October, November, and part of December. Feel blessed that I have been allowed time to follow this passion and see where it leads! I have learned so much and know this wouldn't be as possible if I weren't a stay at home mom!
Goals for 2012...
We sat down at breakfast new years day to discuss things would like to do differently this year. Our goals to have the best life possible!
Noah...exercise! He said he wants to do 4 push ups a day!
Ethan...to work together with Caleb. (we are taking that to mean maybe a little less roughness which usually leads to crying...being nicer!)
Caleb...daddy (we think he meant to say more one on one time with dad!)
Family as a whole...for us to become more active as a family...biking, hiking, walking, running, playing soccer, etc. Double benefit of hanging out together and burning calories! (did you have flashbacks to the captain kangaroo song?)
plus a few other goals that are a little too private to post!
Hope you all have a happy new year and 2012 brings you all the goodness you can handle!
