MAG's 2nd Birthday

Wednesday was MAG'S 2nd Birthday!! I cannot believe she is already two! She was so excited to take her cookies to school! Nana and Granddad also treated her at lunch with cupcakes! After we got off work, we took her to her annual birthday treat of Chuck E Cheese after she opened her presents from us: an outfit, a growing up girl doll, and a basketball goal! She really only liked the basketball goal! After Chuck E Cheese GeGe, Granddaddy, and Sally came over for some cake and ice cream. I think she had a great day and I can't wait til her party tomorrow!

February 2011 Recap

Here is the recap from February.. I am started to think I might only have time to blog once a month!

We started the month by celebrating my sister's 30th birthday. She had a mystery dinner birthday party and it was so much fun!!! I was the Southern Belle and Patrick was a poker player. I won for best costume!

Mary Alice's tubes fell out of her ears and she got a double ear infection. Go figure! She did really well with it considering she has so many ear infections before. One night though this was the only thing that would make her happy! We are praying that she doesn't get another ear infection so we don't have to get tubes put in again! We are also very thankful that we have not had any other sickness in our house except for the ear infection!

We have enjoyed the warm weather and played outside as much as we can! Here are some pictures before we out one day. I think she looks so much older with short sleeves on!

Mary Alice went to the dentist for the first time this month! She did so well why he was looking at her teeth! She didn't even cry. I was unable to get pictures because I was holding her arms down but I did get these pictures of her before we went back in the waiting room! She had to play in my pocket book!



Patrick and I went away the last weekend to Charlotte and we had a great time! We shopped and then went the speedway to tour the speedway! It was really neat and we had a great time getting away! Thanks to the grandparents for watching Mary Alice!

This week we will celebrate Mary Alice's 2nd birthday! I cannot believe that she is already 2 but we are looking forward to a great week and having a great Mickey Mouse birthday party this weekend!
