Little Tidbits

Here are some random thoughts from this week (Sorry didn't take any pictures)

* We really can't wait til the new Chick Fil A opens! I especially LOVE their milkshakes!

* We have enjoyed playing outside all week! The weather has been wonderful! :) Mary Alice asked us all the time can we talk a walk in the street!

*I think I love MAG'S dollhouse as much as she does! I love playing it with her but I also love to watch her play by herself. She has such an imagination!

* I cannot wait til SPRING BREAK!!! I am so excited about spending all week my little girl!

*Patrick and I started the Jillian Michaels 6 week 6 pack DVD.. OH MY LORD IT WAS SO HARD!! We just finished the first day and I have to say I AM DYING! I am determined to finish though!

* I really don't understand the point of St. Patrick's day!

*I think MAG might start sleeping in panties for naps this week! MAG has been dry all week! She also goes by herself now and just calls when she is done. SHE IS GETTING SO BIG!

* We had her last birthday celebration this weekend with the Graham side and she again was spoiled rotten! Now it is time to start celebrating ELI'S birthday!

* I really can't believe DUKE lost in the first round, I honestly was about to cry. It was SO BAD.. Also I do believe UNC-Asheville should have beat Syracuse.. The refs ruined that game!

* I really haven't missed Facebook as much as I thought I would.. I only miss seeing important things that people post..

Pinkalicious Birthday Party

Mary Alice decided she wanted a pinkalicous birthday party this year! We had so much fun at the party! My WONDERFUL mom made cupcakes and added cherries to them since that is how Pinkalicious has her cupcakes. We also had goldfish, yogurt, and some strawberries and grapes that I put on skewers. Everything was PINK PINK PINK! The kids made many crafts. The girls made necklaces and bracelets and decorated wands. The boys made swords (thanks to my wonderful sister) and decorated crowns!

Mary Alice wore the cutest outfit (Thanks to my mother in law)! We got the shirt off etsy and the tutu from Target!

Mary Alice had so much fun with her friends and was worn out when we got home!

Mary Alice's 3rd Birthday!

Mary Alice's 3rd birthday was Friday and since they don't get shots at the 3 year old check up Patrick and I decided to take her to the doctor on Friday and then spend the day with her! I think we enjoyed it just as much as she did!

We started the morning by giving her her presents from us. We told her she had to sit in her chair and wait patiently for us to bring her presents!

My mom use to give us the growing up dolls on our birthday every year so I started the tradition with MAG.

After she got done opening up the doll and clothes she looked at me and said is that all? It was so cute! Patrick then went to get the big gift.. The Loving Family Dollhouse!

This is when Patrick was bringing the big present to be opened in! She was so excited!

She played and played and played and played all morning!

After the doctor we went to Chuck E Cheese. We started this tradition on her first birthday and have really enjoyed seeing how much she changes each year that we go. This year so really interested in playing the games instead of just playing on the slide! She had so much fun and really loved skeeball :) Patrick and I had fun as well playing the games. We know there will be a day when we won't get to play as many games as we usually do!

After nap we headed to Fuddruckers for a family party with my family and Patrick's family! We had a cake and sang Happy Birthday! The best part was when the lady announced that it was Mary Alice's birthday, she was so happy!

We had a great day and I am so glad I took the day off work! I can't believe my little baby is 3 but I am so blessed with a great healthy little girl!

Can't believe it has been 3 years

I can't believe that 3 years ago I was going to bed thinking about how I only had 4 more days until I would get induced and get meet Mary Alice! Little did I know she had a mind of her own! I will never forget calling my mom at 2:30 and telling her that my water broke and she needed to hurry to Lexington (which she did)! I don't think she even remembers driving down there!

So much has changed in 3 years but I wouldn't change it for the world! It is amazing how happy a little blond hair blue eyed girl can make you! Whenever I have a bad day at work I cannot wait to see her and get a good hug from her! She is such a sweet loving girl!

I cannot wait to spend the day with my little girl tomorrow and for her PINKALICIOUS party on Sat!
