2 months old

Tanner had his two month old check up yesterday. He is in the 75 percentile for weight and the 60 percentile for height. He was 12 pounds and 13 ounces. He is a healthy boy. He now smiles at you when you smile at him and coo's. He is a happy little guy.
In this first picture he is wearing a 3 month old outfit when he is only two months.

Bath and Random

Bath time. He did pretty well for his first time. The only thing he didn't like was the water on his belly. He likes when you shampoo his hair though.

Just a random picture of him.

Doesn't he just look so cute sleeping! I could just stare at this little guy all day long.

In his baby book there is a spot for his hand and foot prints. The feet were easy to get but It was hard to get the hands. The one you see I got his hand almost on the paper and then he curled it up on me.

Game Day

I made Tanner a BYU shirt to wear for game days. Even though he will not be going to any of the games, I figured why not wear an outfit to support.

Baby Tanner is Here!!!

We had our handsome new baby boy today. Tanner Alan Patterson was born at 1:07 this afternoon. We were admitted to the hospital last night at 9:00 to start softening the cervix. It was a long night without much sleep. The doctor then came in at 6:30 this morning and broke Kristy's water. At this time, she was only dialated at a 2. About three hours later, the nurse came in to see how far Kristy had dialated. Surprisingly, she had already completely dialated to a 10! They got her ready to start pushing. After an hour, Tanner was not ready to come out yet so they had Kristy rest for an hour. After the break, Tanner had dropped and we were ready to go. An hour later, he was here!

Tanner weighed in at 7 lbs 6 oz and is 20 inches long. He has lots of long blonde hair. He is a healthy baby and both he and mom are doing great!

Little Guy's BYU Gear

I wanted to get the baby a BYU onesie but thought they were a little expensive. So I decided to just make one myself. They turned out cute.

Burp rags

I decided to just make burp rags out of flannel material. With the help of my sister they turned out good. For the price of $8 dollars we were able to make 15. The ones at the store were $5 dollars for only 3.
