This year one of our friends gave us a bunch of apples, so I thought I would make applesauce, (who dosen't love fresh applesauce). I got going in the morning and by that evening I had made and canned 54 quarts of applesauce, and we love it I can't belive how great it tastes.
Apple sauce was one of my last adventures of the summer before I had surgery on my ankle to remove all of my hardware. On September 4th I went in for day surgery on my ankle, every thing went well and after four weeks I was up and about enjoying life again.
