Summer

I am so ready for summer. I don't want to leave my friends, but I'm ready to not have so much stress! I will still be doing piano, violin, clogging, and all that during the summer....but NO HOMEWORK!!! I know I'll still see my friends -- at least I better!!!!

Hot Guy Monday!

Here's my hot guy. I've had a big ol' crush on Jeremy Sumpter for a LONG time!! I totally loved him in Peter Pan!! I have heard he may play a part in the movie "The Host" by Stephanie Meyer. I am very excited to see him in another movie. He is such a CUTIE!

Sorry it's been awhile.....I'm back for today. I'm going to girl's camp tomorrow, but I'll be back on Friday! Here's my choice for this week:

James McAvoy

At first glance you might not think he's the best looking, but after seeing Becoming Jane I TOTALLY LOVE HIM!!! I also could not find any closeups of just him, and they are all small -- but you get the idea! You really should see this movie if you haven't. I thought he was interesting/cute in Narnia, but I think his character is so great in this movie. Besides, I love the movie..........it's one of the best I've seen this year!

PIANO CAMP!!

This week I got to go to a piano camp!! I even got to stay in the dorms. It was hard work all week because we had lots of classes and tons of practicing, but it was also a lot of fun! My roommate was a really nice girl who is starting high school next year. She was also my duet partner, so I got to know her really well. I made several other good friends and we have been e-mailing each other since we got back home. I'll miss them! It was really fun to eat at the cafeteria and have ice cream after every meal. I probably gained like 10 pounds this week! I also got to go swimming one night and my mom got me a new swimming suit for it. It's so cute! It's pink and brown and it has a cute little skirt so it's a little more modest! I learned so much and the teachers made it so much fun. I even got to take a jazz piano class. My solo was awesome - it was probably one of my best performances, and my duet was also really great. My mom got to come to my duet concert and afterwards she came to see my dorm room that I've been staying in and meet my new friends. I had to miss string camp, but this was WAY better - because it was more for older kids. Only advanced players could go to it. I am definitely going next year! I got a scholarship this year, but next year I will have to save up so I can go.
