There was tons of snow in Leavenworth, more they they usually get. When we arrived there was already 3-4 feet on the ground and we got an average of a foot or so a day while there.
Audrey loved the snow. We put her on the pile of it out in front of the cabin and let her slide down. We also let her go on the sled with us and she just wanted to keep going. We have such an adventurous baby. She even preferred to try and walk on her own in the snow.
Piece by piece she tore the paper off each present. Would hand it to you then start for another piece. Thank you to everyone that sent her a present. She loves them all. I have weeded through the toys in the living room and will now begin to rotate toys so she doesn't loose interest in all of them at once. Last night I put together her baby buggy that Auntie Debbie got her and she discovered it when she got up this morning and loves pushing it around. We had a wonderful Christmas and hope that all of you did as well.
God bless and have a safe, happy and prosperous New Year.

Christmas in Leavenworth

Hanging with Uncle Blake
Audrey is just adoring her Uncle Blake. She loves to sit on his lap and chill out or play on the floor. He put this rudolph nose on her and she just thought that was great. She is crazy like that, loves dress up and doesn't mind putting funky things on!

Dancing Baby
Before we left for Leavenworth we had several Christmas parties to attend. This particular one was for Todd Pacific, one of Brent's jobs. It was really nice this year and more geared toward family. They had a DJ and dance floor as well. Audrey really liked that. She was out there with a few other kids dancing the night away. She was having a lot of fun.
They gave away several prizes and also a weekend getaway for two. We didn't win anything. Im convinced it is because Brent registered us at the door. His form of luck is usually bad luck! Next time I will sign us in!

Pixie
Pixie is the younger of the two and much darker. She is a bit more "squirelly" as well.
I find this picture of her so cute. Most times when you are in the dining room she will open her eyes and watch you, and Tinkerbell will stay asleep unless you approach the cage.Pixie also walks like a skunk. It cracks us up. When Sassy is present and Pixie is out, she begins to jump around and go nuts. I don't think she cares much for Sassy. She is also a piglet. We can now give her treats from our hand, Tinkerbell is still a little cautious about taking it from our hand. They are both getting alot better now that they are out of their cages alot more. We can even open the cage *sometimes and not have them jump at us to get out. * sometimes being the key word.

Santa's Elf
Ok so I was holding out on everyone, but since I haven't posted in a few days thought I would be nice and post my favorite of the christmas pictures I took. We have also been really busy. We have two new additions to our family: Tinkerbell and Pixie. They are ferrets that we have adopted. So far all is going well. Pixie is the spaz and Tinkerbell the more laid back one. I will post pictures of them as soon as I take them. Hope everyone is have a great weekend and enjoying your families.
