Last Days of Summer 2013

We had 3 days to live up summer and soak it all in...and we did!  Monday we met Kim and my cousin Katie and their kids at the Logan Duck Pond for a picnic, hike (well sort-of it was pretty short), tree climbing, and even some puppy petting!

Tuesday was cloudy and overcast.  We had planned to go to the pool but had to make a quick re-shuffle and decided the splash pad and a picnic was a better idea.  It was cold so the splash pad was perfect.

One last beach get away 2013

We headed to Bear Lake one last time with Kim’s family before the Summer was over!  Bear Lake is one of my favorite places ever and I never want to go home.  The kids loved the beach, playground, mini golf, tennis, side walk chalk, and much more!

Raspberry Days 2013

We love the Raspberry Days Parade.  This year the girls wore tutu and all the kids sprayed their hair.

Girls weekend in Park City

My mom and sister and I spent the weekend in Park City.  We ate a lot of good food, shopped a ton, got a craft ready for the kids, laughed a lot, stayed up late, and talked and talked and talked!

Kim got sick and we headed home Saturday but Jodi and I were not done playing so we went to lunch in Logan and did more shopping!

Swim Lessons 2013

The kids took swim lessons at the sports academy again this year.  Andrew really took off and started to swim still need help before he could be called a swimmer!  Maelee made many improvements and will be swimming soon she has no fear.

24th of July

Andrew had wanted to light off Fire Works at our house since the 4th of July.  So we got some and then we invited some of our neighbors to come and watch.  Andrew had to wear his orange vest so that he could be seen!

He was so cute he sat out chairs and blankets for people to sit on!

The next night we went over to my parents house to light off some more Fireworks with my family!
