Take Me Out To The Ball Game

Morgan played girls softball and Aubrey played coach pitch baseball this past spring. They had 1-2 games/week in addition to their practices. They had fun teams and good coaches. We were running crazy trying to make it to everything, but they really enjoyed it. Morgan mostly played right field, and a little 3rd base. Aubrey played multiple positions. Chautauqua!

At the kids' elementary school, every 3rd grader participates in a project called "Chautauqua". Each student selects a historical figure that they research about, then they write and memorize a report in first person, and present it to the class in costume . Morgan decided on Anne Sullivan and it was great! She borrowed her Grandma B's costume which included shoes that were over 100 years old! She did a wonderful job and learned a lot!
