To whoever it may concern,
RE: A very unpleasant bus waiting experience
I was waiting for the bus service number 154 at the bus stop next to St. Andrew Junior School on 28th March 2007 at about 4:55pm. As usual, 154 usually takes a very long time to come. So there I was waiting until about 5:15pm, when a double deck 154 finally came. But what happened really pissed me off a lot!
The bus came, traveling at a very fast speed, and just drove off! Due to the location of the bus stop, its very difficult for us to see any bus approaching. Because of this, buses approaching this bus stop should try to drive slower, so as to confirm there is no passenger wanting to take the bus. But this particular bus driver simply choose to drive pass the bus stop without even checking! Normally, buses approaching that bus stop will drive slowly and even move next to the bus stop even if there is no passengers that want to board the bus. These drivers are greatly appreciated. But not that particular 154 driver! Being very tired and already waited for the bus for so long, how does it feel to miss the bus!? The bus driver didn’t even look in the direction of the bus stop! He just drove off in a very fast speed and of course didn’t see me flag for the bus.
I agree that this bus stop normally have very little people waiting for bus. As a result, buses will usually just drive pass. But they should at least check! What is the point of building a bus stop there, when the bus do not wish to stop!!!
I am really disappointed with the service of SBS. This is one of the many experiences that I had or heard. I once heard from my friend that a bus driver actually decline to pick him up after seeing him running towards to bus stop, and even pointed middle finger at him! My mum had this experience that this particular bus driver didn’t stop the bus when the bell had been pressed. And when my mum when to approach the bus driver, he just simply ignored her. She got off a few bus stops after the one she wanted to drop off. And due to this, she had to walk all the way back and was late for work.
I seriously question the service SBS is providing. Being the major bus transport company in Singapore, is this the type of service we as customers deserve? This is not like taxi company, where we can easily choose another taxi company if we are unhappy with one of them. We have no choice but to take SBS. But this is the kind of service we get.
I am really tempted to inform the media about these incidents, but I choose not to, as I feel that you can change for the better. I hope the service for SBS can improve. Regarding the bus stop at St. Andrew Junior School, I really hope that any bus service that approach that bus stop, can drive slowly and move into the bus stop lane to make sure if any passengers want to board the bus. There is much room for improvement.

Attended 2 birthdays recently. Both my brothers! One from army and one from secondary school.

1st was my brother George from army! His 21st Birthday! It was held at DownTown East chalet. It was as usual, a meet up of our fellow armament brothers, with people like Derek, Nick, Seah, Jeff, Fuckerdon, and other people from other BTT batch. And of cause, not to forget, Guo Qiang! So long never see him already, ever since we pass out of OETI. Anyway, it was fun talking cock, eating all....
But of cause, the best part is the drinking part. We kind of made George drink a lot, until he went drunk. But in the process, they kind of made me drunk too..... Damn fucking idiots.... I got so drunk that Nick had to send me home. And because of that, he had to walk a freaking long distance to get a cab home again. Thanks Nick! The next day was really bad with the hangover...
Anyway, it was fun. Really very long never get together and drink already.

The 2nd birthday is my secondary school friend, Wei Xiang! We made lunch at BakerzIn at Raffles City Shopping Centre. Quite some time didn't catch up with my secondary school friends already. And as usual, the talking cock sessions with the usual 5 of us, Wei Xiang, Dexter, John, Deroose and me.

After that, Wei Xiang and me went over to NAFA for De Wei's graduation exhibition. And guess what, the film that I acted in for De Wei's FYP was shown on his booth. Its so paiseh. I was like watching with a group of people. Then they look at the TV screen, then they look at me, then they look back. I feel like a TV Star! Wahahaha!
After that, went to Orchard to walk around for awhile, then Wei Xiang went to watch movie, and I went home.
Anyway, Wei Xiang's actual birthdate is today. So, Happy 22nd Birthday!
Damn.... Getting older le... Mine coming soon....

2 off days in a row.... Really sian that in about 6 hours time, I have to prepare myself for work once again...
Yesterday (13rd march, tuesday) went meet up with nick at amk to go pass him bleach and then we went to watch movie, "Premival". I wouldn't say that it's a really nice movie, but its really shocking to know that the GIANT legendary crocodile Gustave, actually exsist in Africa! Can you imagine, a 6m long crocodile, actually living on Earth!? And its actually exsist way back in the dinosaur age! Infact, way before the dinosaur exsist!!!
Anyway, after the movie, went home, and then went out again to meet up with Jeslyn bro & Tricia bro at tampines. Long time never meet up with Tricia already. She's having some problems and we were talking about it. Hope that she will be alright.
To Tricia: I may not know how to talk or console you. But all I want you to know is that, you have friends like us, who still cares alot for you. Don't let these things bother you. Most importantly is that, you need to take good care of yourself. Cheers!!!
Its really freaking frustrating thinking about working later. I'm still quite affected by what happend last week by that stupid fucker. Seriously don't feel like talking to him anymore. Had been ignoring his messages from MSN. Am really disappointed and angry with his behaviour. Well, this is life........
