A goodbye for now - 3 dec 2013

I haven't been very active in blogging these days (*guilty*) and with the website that helps print blogs into books having a never-seen-before Xmas discount of 20%!!! I had to just do an ending post and get it all printed out for my library collection.

All in all, it has been a fruitful journey charting Carrie's growth from a few months old infant to now a 6 year old kid going into Primary school next year and Clarice from birth to 20 months old toddler, though very guilty on not being able to chart as much for Clarice as i did for Carrie but my love for them both is all the same. Big & Hearty.

The motivation that started this whole blog was to keep hubby updated of the Carrie's growth while he was being posted to US for nearly 2 years. And its always wonderful to get easy access to pictures and especially videos anywhere (gosh makes me want to continue blogging again) but I've so much backlog which makes me wonder if I've recorded it all chronologically.

This blog has and will always be a treasure box and maybe one day, just one day, I will come back... till then, goodbye...

Words she can understand (too many ! and she surprises me with what she understands everyday !)
but she definitely can understand PINCH ! and 咬 ! **ouch ** Carrie got the most pinches and hair pulling from her 妹妹

Clarice's first video posted

I really liked watching videos on this blog as its as if time goes back into the past where Carrie is at her baby times. Here's the first video of Clarice at her current age of 1 yr 2 months plus. She's 'putting' on powder on herself.

And as a milestone record, she started walking at roughly 14 months old. Carrie about 13 months old if i remembered correctly . And both decided to just skip that crawling period.

The day when the tooth came off...

17 July 2013 marks a milestone. Carrie...dropped...her...first....baby...tooth !!!

Gosh.. makes me all nostalgic thinking back how my teeth dropped, once while eating an apple, another time while eating a chicken wing and i can still vaguely remember the feeling when i shake a loose tooth and how i love visiting the dentist in primary school. hahaha..

Carrie said she wanted to put the tooth in a plastic bag and put under her pillow so that the tooth fairy can give her some money. HAHAHA...pretty close to what i've done in the past, i threw it under the bed and hope for money which never came. 

Maybe i shall be Carrie's tooth fairy ? i think i might just do that. *wink*
