I'm Starting To Think If Is It Really The Right Choice To Stay In... Afterall I Can Save Some Cash Monthly I Hope After Paying Off My Insurance Bills Monthly Which Made Up Half My Army Pay... The New Bunk Given To Me Isn't That Good Compared To My Last Bunk...But Atleast We Are Given A Fan This Time Round... 1 & A Half Month More To Go Before I Finish This Course And Get Posted Out To Another Camp...
Went To An Appointment @ KTPH On Friday For My Foot Which Is Giving Me So Much Pain And Problems... Flat Foot Can Really Cause Damaging Effect If Not Treated... So I'm Getting My Insloes Done For My Flat Foot... But Doctor Says If That Don't Help... I Will Have To Go For Opreations... To Correct My Foot... That Suck! So Hopfully The insoles Will Help Correct My Foot..
Went Out To Meet Chee Yen For Shopping Yesterday Night... Ended Up Spending The Time Waiting For His Incharge To Come... That Guy Totally Have No Time Management! Waited Nearly 1 Hour... So I Ended Up Buying Nothing... Went To Kovan To Meet His Friends And Have Our Dinner At 12am MidNight! LOL! After That We Went To A Nearby Flower Stall To Buy The Lucky Bamboo Thingy... For Me I Bought This... Wanted A Red 1 But It Wasn't Beautiful So I Got This Yellow... To Help Me My Computer Desk Look More Better... Finally Finished 9 Weeks Of BMT... No More Chao Recruit Loh! The 1 Week Stay In STC Was Hell... But Only 1 Thing There Was Good!!! THE FOOD BY THE COOKHOUSE!!! It Was Far More Better Than The 1 We Have In Kranji Camp... The Recruit's Night @ STC Was Fun! I Think To All Guys... The Best Part Was At The End When We Have A Female Singer On Stage! The Guys Went Crazy! For Me The Best Was That She Sang 2 Songs By Arvil Lavigne. The Night Itself Was Fun.. Taking Photos.. Tossing Our Sergeant In The Air! Also Taking Photos With My Buddy. Gonna Go Back STC The Following Day To Clean Up And Hand Them Back The Bunks We Used.
After That Yeah! The Start Of Block Leave! 7Days! But Spent Most Of It Rotting At Home... It Suck Badly! Now That The Block Leave Is Over.. Book In Time! See You Guys In 5 Days Time Again! =)

Wasn't Lucky Last Weekend... Booked In To Camp The Night Before Guard Duty... Drenched By The Heavy Rain... All The Thing In The Field Pack All Wet. Forgotten It Is Not Wet Proof.. How Stupid Of Me. Worst Thing Of All Was MY NOTE BOOK! It Got WET!!! Part Of The Notes Gone.. Book Out The Following Day After Duty In The Morning Then Book In Again At 830pm In The Evening... And There Goes The First Of The More Duties Ahead...
Last Week Was Hell For Us In Camp... Tests And More Push Ups... Finally After Copying So Much Notes We Had 3 Test Last Week, 1 Done On The Computer While The 2 Others Is Hands On... THe Evil Part About The Hands On... After The Test We Have To Take Out All The Parts Because The Next Team Have To Put Them Together... We Try To Hide Or Put Wrong Part On The Table To Test The Next Team! Evil Yea!
It Was Also A Week Of More Punishments... Because Of People Who Does Not Give A Shit About Other People Around Them. Got A One & Half Hour Of FootDrill...Because Someone Screwed Up The Water Parade... In Class Fun Was Filling The Room Because We Completed The Words BTT Behind The Class Using Pieces Of Papers Filled With Words Like " Fuck, What The Fuck, CB " And Many More... These Were Punishments Given To People Who Uses Them In Class... For Me I Gave Atleast 3 Sheets Of That... Often Caught Using F***... Kinda Dumb!
Thursday Was A Great Night For Us.. After Dinner We Were Brought To The MASS In The Camp For Celebration/Early Countdown... 8 Beer Girls Was In There... Just Think 100+ Botaks In There! Eyes BIG BIG (O.O) Botaks Turn Into Fur Filled Wolves! Ahwoooooo! Haha! After The Countdown.. We Did The Clean Up Then Went For Our MOVIES NIGHT! Watched Kick Ass!
Again The Botaks Turn Into Wolves... For Those Who Had Watched This Film Will Know Why! This Was 1 Of The Many Scene... Got The Answer? Haha!
After The Movie... We Went Back To Bunk To Pack Our Stuff For The 1 Week Stay In STC. Heavy Field Pack.... And Amost Emptied Locker... STC Is A Hell When We Entered The Bunk... Eveywhere is Filled With Dust... Balls Of Dust... Things Are Spoiled Too... IT Will Be A Big Clean Up Tonight When We Book In... WASH WASH WASH!
Booked Out After Unpacking Other Field Packs... Went To Boshens' New Year Eve Party For Countdown At Sembawang Chalet... Most Brothers And Sisters From The Wedding Night Was There To Celebrate The Coming Of 2011.. We Drank Through The Night Till The Next Morning... We Were Lucky To Have These Two Beautiful Ladies To Drink With Us.. The Guys Knocked Out Faster Than The Girls If You Can See From The Photos... Haha! BoLang The Worst! Tired already
Starting To Feel That I Am In School Studying Again In Camp... Everyday Is About Copying Notes And Notes Chewing The Sweets Away And Copying More Notes...But With The Amount Of Sleepless Nights And Waking Up Hourly Everynight And The Endless Coughing I'm Afraid For My Health.. BUT Endure And 3 Months Will Be Gone! JIA YOU!!! KAM BA TEH!! AH MING ALL THE WAY!!! Spent The Last Day Of The Week In Camp Sufing The Net Facebooking Before Booking Out.
Have Been Busy For The Past 2 Weekends... Spent The Weekends Preparing For Yesterday Wedding That Took Place.
Spent Last Weekend Going To Orchard With The Groom And Brothers To Look For 6 Shirts Of The Same Design And Colour For The Wonderful Night. Went To Many Shops Picked Out Some Designs And Compare Them...Am Feeling Very Sorry That Some Of The Shirt We Listed Out Was Unable To Buy Due To My Size... But Finally We Came To This Shop! RAOUL Went In There Spotted Some Designs At The Point Of Time I Was So Scare That They Do Not Have The Shirt For My Size. So We Try Our Luck, Asked For My Size For The Shirt We Have Chosen. Was Told There Are No Stock For My Size But There Are Stock For A Size Smaller, So I Went To Try.. It Does Fit Me!!! OK THIS IS SO LUCKY! Bought 2 Shirts! 1 Black 1 Pink! NICE! After Shopping For The Shirt Some Of Them Went Home While The 3 of Us Including The Groom Went To Look For Belts. Went Walking Around Again Before Stopping At Another RAOUL, Bought The Same Belt I Wanted To Buy At The First RAOUL @ $139. While Waiting We Went Looking Around The Shop And Saw The Shirt We Bought. So We Ask If There Is Any For My Size. Guess What They Do Have It! Gosh Thank God For This! So We Asked For An Exchange And Got It Changed The Following Day. After All The Buying We Went Xin Wang @ SBW To Meet Up With The Rest To Discuss On Stuff To Do On The Day Itself. It Was 2 Long Days For Us!
While In Camp One Night Or Morning I Cant Remember When We Were Having Our Water Parade We Saw Something In Out Of Nowhere In The Dark Sky! A SHOOTING STAR! It Flew Past So Fast That Everyone Went WOOOOOW! Made A Wish There...
Booked Out Last Friday, Went To Help The Groom Buy His Belt In Orchard Again! Then Went Over To His House To Stay As We Have To Leave Early In The Morning The Next Day!
All The Brothers Got Ready And There We Go Riot The Door! It Was Heaven At Frist Sight 6 Beautiful Ladies, The SISTERS, Waiting At The Door, Waiting To Torture Us. Then It Was Hell! Eating Wasabi Sandwich, Legs In Pail Of Ice Water To Pick Up 7 Keys And Drink Something Awful, Onion Juice + Chili And Some Other Things. After Getting In... Stage 2 Singing! Then The Stage 3 Saying "I Love U Deep Deep" And Finally Door Opens! Happy Groom & Bride. After That We Went Off To Take Photos At The Flyer, MBS And Marina Barrage. After A Tiring First Half, Went Back To Groom House For Lunch And Break. The Second Half Awaits Us. Went To Get Things Ready For The Night At The Restaurant. The Dinner Started Late But Still Ok Things Went Smoothly. Then Afterwhich The Brothers And Sisters, We Went Out To Prepare Ourselve For The March InTo The Ballroom. Got InTo Our Pairs And We Marched In With The Sisters Hand Hooked With The Brothers, Then Came In The Groom And Bride! Gopal And Melvin Gave Me A Surprise Gift Before We Book In Last Weekend... The Went To Buy A Portable Speaker For Me As My Birthday Gift. Why Surprise? Because Gopal Told Me He Wants To Go Toilet, Gave Him 5Mins.. Ended Up He Went For So Long... So I Wanted To Call Him... Until I Turn My Head Saw Him And Melvin And They Hand Me The Gift... Super Surprised. Thanks Guys! Gopal, Wish You All The Best In Your New Unit And A Speedy Recovery From The Infection. Melvin Atleast We Are In The Same Unit.
Friday Was The Day That Marks The Last Day In Tekong, End Of The 4Weeks BMT There. Got Posted To Kranji Camp 3(OETI) To Continue The Next 5Weeks Of BMT There As A Trainee Technician. After The 5Weeks Will Be Our POC le! Something Equal To POP. But To Make Things Worst...After The 5Weeks We Still Continue To Stay In There To Finish The Course Which Is 3Months Long. What So Bad Is That The Bunks We Are Staying In Are Freaking Small... 8 People In A Bunk 3-4m By 5-6m.. There Is Nearly No Walking Spaces. We Are The First Batch To Do Stay In Even After POC. So Sway! When I Got There I Turned Moodless... Don't What To Say... Training There, I Will Be Facing STK People There And Looking At All Those Parts Which I Had Seen During My 7Months Work In The ST Warehouse. Really Wish This Is Just A Bad Dream And I Haven't Wake Up From It. This Just Can't Be Happening! I Don't Want To Be A Repairman For The 2 Years Of My Ns Life... That Is So Meaningless...Just Hope This Time I Can Sleep Better In This New Bunk. It Is Just Too Small For Me This Giant!
The Last Week In Tekong Was Relaxing And Slacking For Most Of Us Because We Have Nothing Left To Do... So Our Admin Time Was More... Had The Live Grenade Throw In Mid-Week!!!When We Throw The Grenade We Have To Shout "GRENADE" The Blast From The Grenade Was Damn Shoik! The Was A Blind(grenade didn't go off after thrown) So According To The Safety Book... We Have To Wait For 30mins Before The Guys Can Go In Into The Field And Place A C4 On The Grenade To Destory It. The C4 Blast Was So Much Louder And Shiok Compared To The Grenade. And Also Got Divorced With My "Wife" After Spending 1Month With Her And Finally Cleaning Her Up Before Returing Her To The Army.
Spent My 21st Birthday In Tekong & Mainland... Got One Of The "Best" & Best Gift From Army... First Is "Best" : Clean The Toilet, Posting Me To A Unit I Don't Want And Visiting Discovery Center... Then Is One Of The Best : Whole Platoon Of 50 People Singing Birthday Song To Me. Thanks To My Buddy.
To My Buddy : Please Take Care Of Your Own Hygiene And Tidiness In The New Camp. Be More Considerate And Think For Others Around You. Not All People Can Be Like Me Always Clearing The Mess Up For You, Not Everybody Can Tolerate Smell Clothes And Living area. Please Wash/Hang Your Clothes Properly. And The Last Thing... Thank You For Talking To Me Trying To Cheer Me Up...Hopfully You Will Change For The Good Because Now You Are The Bunk IC... This Will Make Sure You Will Change.

3rd week in tekong
Booking In Later Le @ 2055 And This Book In Will Mark The Last Book In InTo Tekong And Marks The Last Week In Tekong Before We Get Post To Different Areas For Training Le And Maybe To Meet Again 5Weeks Later For POC.
Really Had Great Fun In Tekong Because I Have A Bunk Filled With Wonderful Botaks But 1 Because Gopal Is A "Singh". All This People Have Filled The Past 3 Weeks Of My Life In Tekong With Hell And Fun And Jokes. Really Gonna Miss Them Much After This Final Week Together.
But Always There Is 1 Guys We Let Us Down Which Is My Buddy. He Is Always Leaving His Things Lying Around. Simple 1 Word " UNTIDY " . Hygiene Problem ? I Not To Sure About That. Most People In The Bunk Don't Really Like His Untidiness Because It Often Got Us InTo Trouble. They Always Tell Me This " He So Lucky To Have You(Me) As His Buddy " Because I Often Tidy Up The Place For Him, Often Reminding Him What To Do.
Last Week We Had Our Live Firing Test, Waked Up Super Early To Prepare... 1st 16 Rounds Shot I Scored Less Than 9 out of 16 So I Was Called Out For A Re-Shoot Before The Night Falls. The Re-Shoot I Scored Better With 12 Out Of 16. The Night Shoot Was Easier Because We Are Using Laser To Aim. Got 14 Out Of 16. Total 26 Out of 32. Not Bad I Guess. By The Time We Clean Up The Range It Was Like 1+ am In The Morning... Waited For The Tonners To Come Fetch Us Back To Bunk... My Platoon Was Last To Go... So We Got Back To The Bunk At About 2 Plus... Was The Last To Return To Bunk Because I Have To Complete The Sending Arms For The Platoon. Slept At About 4plus.. Super Tired... Next Day 7.45am We Have To Wake Up.. Arghhh
Last Week Also We Had Field Camp, 2Days 1 Night, Much Shorter Compared To The Normal 7-9 Days. It Was Hell For Us, 1st Thing To Do There Was To Pitch Our Tents Jus As We Were About The Build The Tents... A CAT 1 Storm Was Issuied. Soon After... A Storm Kicks In Just As We Finished Building The Tents. So We Were Asked To Hide From The Rain In The Tent. Rain Water Collected And It Started Flooding...So Most Of Our Tents Got Wet and Flooded With Water...And Our Field Packs Too Got Wet. So A Few Of Us Went Out Of The Shelter And Dug Drainage Trying To Help The Solve The Flooding Problems. At This Point Of Time It Shows Me How Selfish Some People Really Are.. They Just Stayed In Their Tent Waiting For People To Help Them Dig The Drainage.
During The Out Field Camp We Really Guarded Our " Wives " With Our Lives, Scare That Our Rifles Will Be Stunned Away But Our Sirs. I Spent The Whole Night Putting My Arms On The 2 Rifles Between Me And My Buddy, Waking Up Every 5-10mins To Check... Just Because He Slept So Soundly That He Didn't Put His Hand On The Rilfes. All That Moving And Ensuring The Rifle Really Drains Me Out... Thanks AR Buddy.
Many Times In During The Camp I Really Felt Like Giving Up But The Thinking Of Enduring It And Going Through This With My Bunk Mates Sparks Me To Carry On And Also You Were Also The Reason Why I Wanted To Endure It And Finished It. In The End, WE Platoon 3 Section 1 Finished The Camp With Full Strength, 13 Of Us. Not 1 Less, Not 1 More. I Felt Proud That None Of Us Fall Out HalfWay.

Army Life
It Have Been A Week Since Joining Army As A Small Small Recruit In Tekong BTMC2 Company MOHAWK. Many Of Us Thought That We Will Be In Tekong For 9 Weeks As Stated In The Enlistment Letter. But NO!!! We Will Be Leaving Tekong On The End Of Our 4Weeks In There And Continue The Rest Of The 5 Weeks On Mainland Singapore Before We Are Posted Out To The Units. We Are The First Batch Of Pes C To Be On The New System...
Life In Army Pes C Will Be Very Different From Those Pes A & B. There Are Many Things We Can't Do Physically... Excused This And That. Sometimes When We Marching, We March Pass Other Company/Platoon I Always Think When Can Be Like Them Doing All The Normal Stuff. But Then Again... We, Pes C People Are Always Restricted By Our Physical Conditions. Daily We See Many People In The Company Going To See The MO Till The MO Restricted Our Company To 5 Reviews Per Day.... At End Of Day 3 I Also Went To The MO At 11pm For My Back Pain Which Haunted Me The Night Before, It Hurt So Back Till Sleep Was Not Possible, Was Excused Heavy Load For 3 Days. This Isn't The Worst... On The Book Out Day Yesterday I Had A Fall On The Stairs When Going To Fall In.. Landed On My Butt Hurt My Back Again. This Suck! But Lucky I Have Caring Bunk Mates Who Looked After Me.
I Was Kinda Lucky To Be In This Section Of The Platoon. Because In This Section/Bunk We Get Together Well And Very Fast. Always Looking After Each Other And Joke Like No Tomorrow... Laugh Till Drop! The CPR Lesson Was 1 Of The Craziest! I Don't Why But This Section/Bunk Really Felt Different Compared To The Others. REC Goapal Was Somehow The Pillar In Our Bunk He Ensures Everybody Get The Right Information And Does The Right Things So We Don't Get Punished.
Got To Shoot Live Rounds On My 3rd Day Cool! Got A Feel Of It Was Great! Was Appointed The Platoon Arms Squad IC. At First It Was Kinda Stress Because It Is All About Dealing With Arms Drawing & Sending Arms.. Anything Wrong Will Cost Us The Weekends... But After Doing It For A Day Or 2 It Felt Easier And Fun.
Overall There, Our Sergeants Was Caring And Good To Us...

Ns in 2 days time....
Finally The Army Have Call For Me...So Many Things I Wanna To Do Not Done Yet. The Army Letter Came So Fast So Sudden That I Don't Have Time To Plan My Things Well. 2 Days To Army Enlistment....
It Have Been 7 Months Since I Started Working In The Warehouse Giving Up The Job At Golden Village... Thinking Back... The Fun And Laughter At The Old Golden Village Was Great And Cannot Be Replaced. I Am Glad To Be Part Of The Old Golden Village, A Piece Of History Ba.. Newly Renovated Yishun GV Had Finally Reopened On The 4th November. Haven Got The Time To Go There For The New Feel! Guess I Have To Wait Till I Come Out Of Tekong Ba.. AtLeast 2 Weeks.. Can't Wait To See The New Inside Gv And Meet All The Staff Again!! Still Have My Employment Letter With Me!

Having Worked There For 2 Weeks, I Can Already Feel That The Bonds In Pioneer Are So Much Stronger Than Those In Portsdown! And Angela Like A Sister To Me...Although We Had Only Worked Together For 4Months Plus But She Will Always Be There When I Need Someone To Talk To And Of Cos Help At Work...And Mei Zhen & Guek Cheng Always Helping Me Giving Me Advises... During All This Time I Had Learnt So Much Things From Operations To Admin Stuff! Even Went A Step In To Abit Of IT(if u think it is IT).
There Are 2 Person Which I Had Worked Close Together In Other Locations Was Guek Cheng And Karin! Both In Different Locations... Learning Different Things From Them.
First Was Guek Cheng, Working With Her In Chin Bee Warehouse As The Admin There...Or You Can Say I Was There To Take Over For Awhile.. Having To Go There Work Required Me To Wake Up At 5am In The Morning And Take The 1st Bus To Lakeside Mrt Reaching There At About 6.50am... Was Tiring But Worth It I Guess... Learnt Somethings There... And Got To Know Uncle Pang, Husnan(don't know how to spell) and Ah Huat. Uncle Pang...hmm Looking At Him Really Makes Me Feel Like I'm Watching Cartoon! He Looks So Funny With The Thick Eye Browns... Hahas!
Second Was Karin!, Worked With Her In The Joo Koon Warehouse Or In Other Words HQ... Was There To Work With Her On Some Problem Solving And Trouble Shootings For Some "Unsolved" Problems In the Warehouse PaperWorks And System Problems... Working There May Seem Relax..But When We Worked Till We Fell Asleep... We Can Dream Of The Mat.Docs(papers which contains the problems which we are working on).. Totally Nightmares... Was A Great Experince There... =) Remember Once She Got Her Bag Torn When We Were Leaving The HQ After Work...Was So Helpless There...
Working "2 Shift" Is Normal For Us In The Warehouse Often Working Till Late Night. Solving All The Problems, Helping Each Other... Honestly The Work Is Stressful And Not Easy! Some Even Worked Till Wanting To Give Up, Quit And Even Cried!. Hopfully They Won't Be Working So Hard And Late Anymore Once The Project Have Ended.
