Lato rozpieszcza nas (momentami aż za bardzo) słoneczną pogodą, co sprzyja bliższym i dalszym wyjazdom wakacyjnym. Wakacje kojarzą się wielu z nas z wypoczynkiem nad morzem lub jeziorem - dlatego też dzisiaj przynoszę Wam kartkę w marynistycznym stylu na wszelkie letnie życzenia :-)
The summer spoils us (sometimes even too much) with sunny weather, which in turn favours closer and farther trips. For many of us the summer holidays are associated with rest by the sea or a lake - and so today I bring you a marine card for all sunny summer wishes :-)
Kartka zawiera element zwany shaker-boxem - przestrzenne "pudełko" wypełnione luźnymi cekinami.
The card contains an element called a shaker box - a dimensional "box" filled with loose sequins.
Mój shaker box ma formę okienka-bulaja, wyciętego wykrojnikiem i zabezpieczonego sztywną folią. Kosteczki piankowe przyklejone pod spodem utworzyły przestrzeń, którą wypełniłam cekinami, a następnie "zamknęłam" shaker papierem tła, na którym nastemplowałam napis.
My shaker box has a form of a porthole that I die-cut and secured the opening with thick foil. Foam squares attached underneath created the space that I filled with various sequins and then "closed" it with the bacgkround paper, onto which I stamped the sentiment.
Zewnętrzna część shakera ozdobiona jest motywami z najnowszej letniej kolekcji Agaterii: tekturową kotwicą i stemplowanymi muszelkami, które pokolorowałam markerami Distress.
I decorated the outer part of the shaker with motives from the latest summer release by Agateria: a chipboard anchor and stamped seashells that I coloured with Distress markers.
Całość ma miłą dla oka przestrzenność, jednak nadal swobodnie mieści się w kopercie.
The finished card is nicely dimensional, yet still easily goes into an envelope.
