I almost wish i was graduating this sem too. Unfortunately i have one more year of term papers, project work and exams to go. Farewell my EL pals!

Oreo-crusted Cheesecake

I like this one even better than the previous one. It just grows on you somehow. I think i prefer melted cheesecakes. The crust was just YUMMY!!

5 things to whine about:
1. I injured my arm during game yesterday by just swimming a few exaggerated strokes!!! And it hurts even more after I woke up this morning!
2. I stupidly dropped my handphone while getting out of the car, onto the bumpy tar-ry road. Now it has like 6 ugly pot holes on its surface.
3. I can't seem to satisfy my ramen cravings since nothing i make tastes remotely close to the chewy rubber-bandy noodle texture Lifestyle was going on and on about.
4. I sacrificed 1.5 precious hours from my term paper writing time to watch Man Utd vs Arsenal, and Man U won.
5. Jac didn't come for training yesterday! SAD SAD!! MISS MISS!!

I hope that tomorrow will be a better day.

Jac's Oreo Cheesecake

This is the superbly delectable Oreo Cheesecake that Jac kindly baked for all of us. I managed to transfer the slice of cake from the ah piaks tupperware onto a nice porcelain plate and sneak in a shot with my camera phone when no one was looking. I'm glad my hard work has paid off because it looks so yummy here! Slabs of crunchy Oreo cookies sprinkled on the top and chunks of moist Oreo bits swimming in heavenly mixture of chocolatety cream cheese (low-fat, as jac claims), baked to perfection!
