I cant believe that she has been in our lifes for almost a year. She is such a little spunky girl. Bentley is all boy and loves to make Halle laugh. They are the best of friends.

Bentley's new favorite word!
Bentley was watching Pinocchio about a week ago. If you remember in the movie Pinocchio is taken to an island where he is turned into a donkey. He meets another little boy and just before he is turned into a donkey this little boys says, "what do I look like a Jack***." Of course, that is the phrase that Bentley picked up on. He keeps going around saying jack***. When he says it we try to put him in time out...all along the way trying not to laugh or crack a smile. Who would have guessed that my sons first swear word he would have learned from a Disney movie. Go figure!
My daughter Halle is crawling and climbing all over everything right now. Her favorite thing is to climb up on my sofa table and waits for you to come and find her. Then she gets a big smile on her face and just laughs at you. When you take her down and put her back on the floor in the living room...believe it or not within 2 seconds she is right back up there. I bet you will never guess who taught her this...

Easter 2009
On Easter this year we had a very eventful day. Halle had the stomach flu for the weekend before. She was up all night Saturday night with vomiting and diarrhea. She was so sick that we could not get her to eat or drink. We got really worried and I ended up taking her to the ER at 6am in the morning. We ended up giving her fluids all morning long. She was so sick that the ER doctor considered admitting her to the hospital. She finished her fluids and looked so much better that the doctor let us take her home. They sent us home with the IV in her hand so that if she does not continue to eat that we could bring her back the next day for more fluids. We went go home the Easter Bunny had made a stop at our house. Bentley got to go and look for eggs and his Easter bucket. He was so excited when he found out that the eggs were filled with money...He LOVES money! We then we up to American Fork to help celebrate my dad's 52 birthday. We made him a book filled with pictures from our trips to Lake Powell. He loved it! After this we went over to my Grandma Wilson's house. We had a huge Easter Egg hunt with all our relatives. Grandma Wilson sat all the little kids down and taught them about what Easter is really all about. Bentley had so much fun.

Adam's Elk Horns
Yesterday morning Adam went up Spanish Fork Canyon with our dog Chloe. He ran across the elk horns. He was so excited when he found them. He found them right as he was starting up the mountain and therefore had to carry them all the way up the morning so he didn't lose them. Poor Guy! These are horns from last year and that is why they are white. Bentley thought this was really neat! He kept trying to pick them up and I though he was going to kill himself on them. These are the first elk sheds that Adam has found.
Easter Egg Hunt at the Stokers
On Saturday we had an Easter Egg Hunt at our cousins the Stokers house. Bentley had the best time. He found tonz and tonz of eggs. He keeps asking me every day...can we have another egg hunt. Halle was just as happy as she can be! Bentley loves to play with his cousins and loved being able to run around and be a little boy! Thanks you Andra and Matt that was a wonderful party!
