Caught this pretty sight when we were filming at ECP a few weeks ago.

Having survived 13 consecutive days of work, it now feels awkwardly weird to be off - for 4 days no less. Im not complaining about having off days, its just that isnt 4 days a tad too much? I know for certain i'll lose the momentum when i go back on sunday and the whole feeling sucks cos you have to sort of start from scratch all over again. Boo.

Anyway, work has been great so far. As much as i hate going to Geylang, hate the boring filming of fight scenes (the wonders of editing i tell you) and hate having to eat zap cai peng everytime; i still love going to work every day. Perhaps its because this project has given me quite a number of rare eye-opening and learning opportunities that spices up what could have otherwise been pretty bland fare. The only thing that makes me feel very indignant now is missing out on the chance to take a free ride on the Singapore Flyer even before it officially opens! All thanks to my darn convo for which i have to be back in pathetic Perth for 4 days! RARRRRRRRR.

Seriously, if i didnt have to please my parents (and if my dad wasnt paying the airfare), i would simply just fly there on the 21st and return on the 22nd morning, no kidding (YES, I DETEST PERTH a 200%, thank you very much). But yes, even if it werent for the once-in-a-lifetime chance to ride the FLyer, i would still fly back immediately since this is how much i cant bear to leave my job. Seriously, im either a workaholic or im just head over heels in love with my job. I would like to say its both. O well, isnt that a good sign?
