Santa

David is thrilled to be there. It was all I could do to get him in the picture with the rest of the clan. He does have one by himself, but is just as happy in it.

Here we go again.....scared scared baby!

Pretty as a picture.

Finally loves Santa....no more tears.

While we were in line JaCee told me she was going to pull on his beard. I told her she'd better not. Questioning?

JaCee's Birthday

JaCee had a great birthday. She had a slumber party with 13 girls. They played games, jumped, danced, made crafts, teased David, watched movies, and just had a great time. They were a little to loud for Abi so she went and spent the night with Grandpa.

Cake Time

I get so frustrated with this thing. I typed the order that I put in the pictures, but they showed up backwards on the birthday post. This time I will put the pictures in backwards and see if they are in the right order. I never know until I post it. I really need to get better at this thing. Kadee loves the bathtub, with or without water in it. We have to be careful to keep the bathroom door closed, not only does she love to throw all the pony tail holders in the toilet, she loves to dive into the bathtub. It leaves a nice bump. If we turn the water on she comes crawling, now it will be walking, quickly down the hall. She gets so excited and pulls on her clothes. She is so disappointed when she comes hurrying in to see that I am cleaning the tub and not bathing her. Anyway the whole tub story is to explain her birthday cake. Which she seemed to love. I thought she would go for the candle but she went for the cake...and loved it. Later we gave her a big piece in her high chair and you can see she really enjoyed it. Emilee also thought it was pretty tasty.

Kadee's Birthday

Kadee's birthday was a big success. Saturday she finally gave up crawling. You can see how proud she is of herself with that big smile located under that darn binky. She got wonderful presents and enjoyed opening the couple that her siblings allowed her to open by herself. Easton looked on with Envy and can't wait for his own party. She always climbs on chairs and falls off and gets hurt. We gave her a little chair so that even if she did climb on it and fall it wouldn't be such a tumble. It is a big hit and even the older kids have fun playing with it. Jackee brought cakes for Jordan and Emilee and then of course we had to celebrate Celsea's birthday too. Lots of exciting birthdays this time of year.

More Halloween

Easton came and went trick or treating with us. We had a great time. The weather being warm helped. As the night went on we would pick up a kid or two, but by the end of the night Chelsea, John, and I had Easton, Kadee, Abi, and friend Mille. We had great time. My oldest kids left us for friends.

Jacee was half devil and half angel. She wanted the red face, but gave it up because it itched too much and left a red tint for a couple of days after, so we used make-up instead. Aren't we glad she really is an angel. She is great and helps me so much!

Alexis was a witch once again. I think this is the forth or fifth year in a row. That black hair is hard to clean, but she sure looks good.'

I am just not that savvy yet with this stuff. I have a hard time getting my words and pictures where I want them. Oh well, good enough. Kadee was a cute pumpkin as you can see in the photo.

Halloween

Abi kept switching between being a butterfly or a ladybug. She usually chose the butterfly. She got to dress up several times: young living farm, dance, preschool party, ward carnival, and of course for Halloween.

We went to Young Living Farm for their Fall Festival. David won the prize for the "most handsome" costume. He made a great Jack. He also had the walk down perfect. It was so funny.

deer hunt

It was an uneventful week of deer hunting, but still fun. David and JaCee went with Bret for a couple of mornings. The rest of us road hunted and (hiked a little) most evenings. Non of us even saw a buck, but we did see a few does everytime and that is always fun.

Labor Day Dances

The girls all performed a dance after only two days of practice. The dance class hadn't even started yet. I was expecting a flop, but they all did such a good job. I am really excited about their teacher. Here are some still shots. The video is on the camcorder.

I thought some of you might enjoy seeing Grandpa Lovell's old garage. It took more time and money than I thought, but I think it fixed up real purty!

Lazy Days of Summer

I keep thinking I will keep this up to date, but then I don't. Sorry. I have made a new slideshow capturing the last two months. We had anything but a Lazy summer. I did have a couple of days home. The new slideshow highlights a few events: 7-peaks, zipline at the river, Lagoon, 24th of July, Petersen campout, Enterprise, and finally our family vacation. We enjoyed being with several of you during these fun days, and those of you who couldn't be there...sorry.... we missed you.

Where has our cute little boy gone? He turned into a "macho, macho man." "I'm gonna be a macho man..."
