Golden Gate Bridge pictures

My extremely talented neighbor and dear friend snapped these pictures of our family the week she moved.  I will forever treasure these pictures in front of the golden gate bridge.  San Francisco is an incredible city with rich culture, variety, and outstanding architecture.  The entire city is filled with picturesque views due to the rolling hills throughout.  Everyone has a different niche in the city depending on location, tastes, tradition, and hobbies.  I love how different people have completely different experiences in San Francisco.   The view of the golden gate bridge is one of my favorite things of the city and one thing I will miss most.  I love running across the bridge and the incredible bridge view as I pull into my neighborhood.  My heart will always be in San Francisco.  I really do not know how I will leave this place.

Japanese Tea Gardens

Field trip to the Japanese Tea Gardens a few months ago.  I love my City.

Janie 18 months

This little 18 month old has transformed into a talking, dancing, jumping girl.  I went to get her up from her nap the other day, and she said "Wha Tay go?" (where did McKay go).  Then said, "ahna show mo'ee" (wanna show mommy) When I went to get her out of her high chair yesterday she stood up and said, "ahna hug you mo'ee" (wanna hug you mommy).  Love that one.  Another favorite phrase of hers is "bye!  see ya!"   Jane is friendly and spunky.  She has tons of energy and loves dancing and singing.  She loves "you are my sunshine."  She also loves the song "happy" by Pharrell.  She sings "happy" randomly throughout the day. That girl has moves too!  She has a little shoulder shrug going on.  She also loves doing whatever big brother is doing.  She wants to "hop on bike mo'ee." Temper tantrums have begun.  At this point they usually happen with not letting her hold my keys.

She likes to look "pretty!"  She loves putting necklaces on all day.  She is not a huge fan of bows or headbands though, and usually rips them out if she knows they are there.  Whenever she has a dress on, McKay will say, "Hey pretty girl" or "hey princess" or "Janie looks so pretty!"  She likes to pray, but mostly she likes to yell "Amen!" at the end. She does not ever sit still, and eats sooo much!  She definitely eats more than McKay at this point, even though she is a light weight.  She is teething right now and asks for "medicine Mo'ee!"  I hate when she isn't feeling well, but I love when I get to give her more snuggles.  I love this little girl more than she will ever know.
