Hello 2010

I can't wait to see what the new year has in store for our family! I'm excited to watch Bethany and Zachary grow and change. I got many comments from people about the video of them crying in unison, so if you listen closely, here they are hiccuping together. Happy New Year!

1st Christmas

We took almost 200 pictures this Christmas, so I don't know where to begin. It's been fun being with all of our families, and the twins even got to meet some family for the first time. We opened our presents here on Wednesday night. Aaron got me a Wii, so we've been enjoying playing it together. Thursday morning we went to his parents' house, and we were there all day while it snowed. On Friday we left early to get to my parents' house. It was still snowy, so we got to play in it with Katie and Randal. Saturday we spent the day with my grandparents in Granbury. I've got several favorite pictures to share. The first one is the twins waiting patiently while we eat breakfast with Aaron's family. We're so blessed this Christmas, and we hope you all had a happy holiday as well. Pajamas

Ever had one of those days where you never manage to change out of your pajamas? What's funny is I started trying to write this around lunch, and now it's close to dinner. If I haven't said it before, my favorite sound is when the garage door opens and Aaron's home from work! Here's a couple of pictures from the past weekend. Enjoy!

TCU Grad

Aaron's brother graduated from TCU on Saturday. He came over to get a picture with the twins in his cap and gown. We're glad we got to celebrate with him! Way to go Uncle Anthony!

Friday Photos

Is it Friday yet?

I've been a bad blogger, and I really don't have that many pictures to share. I took some today during our afternoon "awake" time. Let me just say, I've heard a lot of crying this week. But thank you to my friends, Christa and Laurie for coming by and giving me a little break. I even got to go run some errands without the babies! Anyway, I also got some pictures of our house decorated for Christmas. I can't believe it's only a week away! It's almost feeding time, so I'd better call it quits.

7 Weeks Old

Just some cute pictures from this past week. Notice the pink dress was mine as a baby. We got a picture of me with the stroller while waiting in line for santa. It's pretty big, huh? Today we finally got our Christmas tree put up, so I'll try to get a picture of that soon. Now maybe I can get our Christmas cards done!

Santa

Thanks to my friend Christi, I got the idea to take a picture of the twins with Santa. Now we have a new tradition...and it was our first time to the mall! Thank you Sharon for going with me. It was our first time to use the stroller too!

And the winner is...

The twins aren't the only ones playing dress up. Aaron won his tacky Christmas sweater contest at work! We're so proud :)

Dress Up

Bethany now weighs 8 pounds, 6 ounces, and she's 21 1/2 inches long. Zachary weighs 8 pounds, 3 ounces, and he's 20 inches long. We had to take them for shots on Tuesday, and it looks like we'll be switching to the Similac Advance formula. They're growing out of their newborn clothes, and we're about to be in size 1 diapers. It's amazing how fast they change!

Black & White

Yesterday we went to church with the babies, and they slept the whole time. Yay! I didn't get any pictures, so I'll just post some more from our first photo shoot...I don't want to disappoint y'all with no pics :)

Our first photo shoot with the twins was two weeks ago. We got some good pictures, and I was surprised because Zachary was actually cooperating better than Bethany. We're taking more pictures tomorrow with my family, so hopefully we'll have lots to choose from. Here's some of my favorites!!!
