We Took Vegas

This past weekend Andy and I left the kids at my parents house and spent the weekend in VEGAS. It was really hard being away from the kids, but we had a great time just us. The whole reason for us going down there was because that is where they film "Let's Make A Deal" with Wayne Brady. Andy is a huge game show fan, so he got us some tickets, and we went. Those of you that haven't seen the show the audience is suppose to wear constumes. So, Andy being the creative guys that he is, dressed as the old game show host back in the 70's, with a box on his head that had a curtain and two strings. When he pulled one string the curtain opened, and inside was a car. When he pulled the other, it closed. (Very Creative). I dressed up as a car air freshner. (that was pretty embarrassing) We had such a good time at the show. Afterward we were both starving so we went to the Rainforest Cafe at MGM Grand, then walked around Vegas the rest of the night. Went to the Shark Reef at Madalay Bay, which I totally recommend, especially with kids. We both got to touch a sting ray. Which I was very nervous about because of what happened to Steve Irwin, but did it anyways.

Jozy 7 Month Update

I forgot to schedule Jozy's 6 month check up, so instead she got a 7 month check up. It was pretty exciting finding out that she is the size of a 11 month old baby. We like um chucky!! She got 3 shots and cried the whole time, I felt so bad. Drew was on the side of her saying "Good Job Jozy, Good Job". Then when she was done he said "you did so good" He is such a good older brother. Jozy likes to sit up and lay on her back. She does not like to be on her tummy, or roll over. She is pretty picky whe it comes to eating. If she doesn't want something she shuts her lips tight and won't budge until it is out of her face. She does have a sweet personality though and is content as long as she is feed and changed. We love out little Jozy Girl. She is out pretty little girl!!!

Hope every one had a good Christmas and New Years!! We enjoyed spending time with family and friends, and visiting Santa 4 different times (Drew kept wanting to go see him). It was a great season, but next year we dicided to go on a family trip far away. Sorry these pictures are all dark and I don't know why. Drew messes around with the camera alot so I think he changed some settings on it.

Jozy will be 7months on Monday and is eating solids and sitting up. She doesn't really like to roll over or be on her stomach. So I don't know when she's going to get into crawling. Drew is so sweet with her. He likes to get her toys, tries to feed her, and change her diaper. He loves it when she wakes up from her naps and runs into her room and says "Good Morning Princess". He really is the sweetest boy.
