Temple Square at Christmas time

We went and spent the night up in Salt Lake the night before Christmas Eve! We Went to Temple Square and saw the lights. The kids had fun swimming at the hotel and going to dinner. This is our Whitelock family tradition. The kids look forward to it every year. This year we had Colin and Kelly, Bonnie and Eric, Steve and Emily, and Dean and Megan with us. It was lots of fun and can't wait to do it next year!

Hey everyone. I haven't updated in a long time, but this seems to be the best way for everyone to beable to check on Andy to see how he is doing. Honestly I don't know how often I update. Sorry

Andy has had a bad cough for about 2 weeks, this last saturday he started getting a pain on his right side that is off and on hurt when ever he would breathe. It kinda kept getting worse and worse over the next couple days, on weds it finally got bad enough that he decided to go to an Instacare. Well they told him that he pulled a muscle in his rib cage and gave in a prescription for Loratab. He came home because he could take anymore at work. Well the Loratab never helped, never took away any pain, if anything it started to get worse.

He stayed home from work on thursday, and was in a lot of pain and it hurt him to breathe. After not being able to get comfortable, and his breathing getting worse and worse, he finally decided it was to go to the ER at 2:30 am. We got to the ER and told them that he pulled a muscle in his rib cage, but just couldn't get comfortable. His oxygen levels were half of what they should of been. They did a bunch of test and x-rays and found a ton of fluid building up in his right lung and he also has pneumonia. They admitted him to the ICU at American fork. They tried a bunch of different oxygen mask but nothing was helping. they couldn't get his breathing under control. They put a needle in his back to draw out some of the fluid thinking the would help him breathe, but still couldn't get it under control. They did another chest xray and found 3 different pockets of fluid in his lung. They knew the best thing would be to get his breathing under control and transport him the Utah Valley, were they will perform a surgery to get all the fluid out of his lung. The only way to get his breathing under control was to sedate him, and but a breathing tube down his throat. Once they did that is was stable to transport him down to Utah Valley.

They got him all ready and in the ambulence. Got there safely with no troubles. Got him in the ICU at Utah Valley, and that is where he is at, sedated until tomorrow when he will have his surgery, which takes 4-5 hours. Afterward they are going to keep him sedated until he is able to use his right lung and breathe on his own. He will probably be there until tues or wed.

All this has happened really fast and has been really scary, but I know that everything is going to be ok. He is in good hands, and will make a full recovery.

Thanks to all those who have texted, called, and been a huge help!! I really appreciated it and feel very loved and grateful for all the wonderful friends and family we have been surrounded by. Thanks for your prayers and love!!

We got our very first family pictures done back in July. I love the colors and my kids pictures. I think they have the perfect expressions.

We went to this really cool park in highland on Saturday. It has a little lake that they stock with fish, ducks to feed, and cool places to fish. We had a great time watching Andy and Drew fish. Jozy and I walked around the lake. And the kids had a great time feeding the ducks.

Summer

Wow it's been since May...4 months. Summer has gone by so fast. 3 birthdays, Anniversary, and trips always makes up our Summer. We've had lots of Fun spending time with family and friends and are looking forward to my brother Stephen getting married this month.

JOZY  TURNED 1

She had a pretty pink party with all pink food, decorations, and everyone wore pink. She looked so cute in her pink tutu, and was very conservative eating her cake. At first she only used her tumb and finger and would just take a little bit at a time, but eventually got the hang of it and made a mess. She loves all her toys and it's nice to have some girl toys around.

Drew wanted to have a "Minute to Win It"family birthday party. Andy and Drew love watching the show together and Drew always asks if he can go on the show. Maybe if they ever have a father/son show they can go on. We set up a bunch of games for Andy and Drew to do together. Drew had a great time and loved having everyone watch him. He always asks when he can have another "Minute to win it" party.

Drew had a combined party with his two girlfriends Lola and Myka. They were all born with in a week of each other, and love to play with each other. They had a great party, blow up water slide, pinata, cupcakes, soda, snacks, games, friends. It was a great time!

Andy and I celebrate our 5 year Anniversary in August. We decided to take a trip with out kids, but have to wait till Nov. to go. We booked  our first cruise together, and can't wait for Nov. to come!

I guess we are going PRIVATE

Yep that's right. We are going Private. I've recently gotten some comments from creepy people saying things about my kids. So now we are going private. Why do people have to ruin it for us all? Anyways please leave your email and I will be sure to add you.
