Sate Matang Khas Aceh

Sate Matang Khas Aceh ini terdiri dari 3 bagian : Sate, bumbu kacang, dan soto. Makannya pakai nasi.


Sate:
Daging Kambing atau sapi

Bumbu:
ketumbar, bawang putih, jahe dan kunyit, garam (haluskan)

Cara :
haluskan bumbu. Tumis bawang putih, masukkan halusan bumbu dan daging sebentar aja sampai bumbu meresap. Lalu angkat susun daging di tusuk sate, lalu panggang.

Bumbu Kacang

Bahan : Kacang tanah, goreng lalu haluskan
8 siung bawang merah
5 siung bawang putih
10 cabe rawit
kemiri
ketumbar sekitar 1 sendok makan
jahe
daun jeruk, serai
Pati santan secukupnya
Gula merah dikit aja
Gula putih
Kunyit
Cabe keriting

Cara :
1. Tumis bawang putih sampai harum
2. Masukkan daun jeruk
3. Masukkan bumbu2 yang sudah di haluskan (bawang merah, putih, cabe, ketumbar), aduk
4. Masukkan pati santan + gula merah, aduk
5. Masukkan jahe, serai, gula putih, kunyit, dan cebe keriting
6. MAsukkan kecang tanah yang sudah dihaluskan. Aduk sampai kental dan berminyak
6. Siap dihidangkan. (tambahkan kecap bila suka)

Nah, untuk sotonya, buat soto biasa aja, dan tidak pakai isi apa2, kecuali seledri dan daun sop. Setelah selesai, tabur kentang goreng dan bawang goreng di atas soto.

Cara penyajian khas Aceh : Nasi 1 piring. Soto 1 mangkuk. Bumbu kacang 1 piring
kecil + sate 5 tusuk. (taruh jeruk nipis di piring nasi).

Gulai Kambing Khas Aceh

Bahan-bahan

-500 gram daging kambing, potong-potong
-6 buah bawang merah
-3 siung bawang putih
-1 cm kunyit
-6 buah kemiri
-4 lembar daun jeruk purut
-1 batang serai
-4 lembar daun salam
-2 liter santan
-1 sendok teh garam
-1/2 sendok teh merica bubuk
-2 sendok makan minyak sayur

Cara Masak :

Haluskan bawang merah, bawang putih, kunyit, dan kemiri, lalu sisihkan.

Panaskan minyak sayur di atas api sedang, lalu masukkan daging kambing, masak hingga daging berubah warna.

Masukkan bumbu yang telah dihaluskan, aduk rata, tumis hingga harum, lalu masukkan daun jeruk purut, sere, daun salam, garam, dan merica bubuk, aduk rata.

Masukkan santan, aduk rata, masak hingga mendidih, kecilkan api, lalu masak hingga daging matang, empuk, dan kuah mengental, angkat.

Resep ini untuk 4 porsi.

Bolu Bhoii

Nyummyy.. My fave cake!
karena kagak ada cetakan *bukan cetakan biasa* jd gk bisa buat :(

rupanya ni kue punya macam" nama, bolu kering, bolu bhoii klo di Aceh, sampe ada juga yg bilang bolu sakura, hmm.. nice nice nice!


Bahan :

4 btr telur
170 gr gula pasir
200 gr tepung terigu, ayak
1/2 sdt vanilli

Caranya :
  • Olesi loyang dengan minyak sayur hingga rata. Panaskan loyang dioven.
  • Kocok telur dan gula dengan kecepatan tinggi hingga benar-benar mengembang, putih dan berjejak.
  • Masukkan tepung, sedikit-sedikit sambil diaduk balik dengan spatula hingga rata. Keluarkan loyang panas dari oven, masukkan adonan (jangan sampai penuh, sisakan dikiiit biar gak saling nempel nantinya).
  • Panggang di oven dengan api besar hingga kecoklatan. Setelah matang, keluarkan. Lepaskan dari loyang.
  • Kalau mau lebih kering, bolu yang telah di keluarkan, panggang lagi di oven dengan suhu rendah. Bolu ini bisa bertahan di toples hingga 3 minggu, kalau bolunya kering, bisa lebih lama.
By the way, kalo mau coba caranya leluhur, boleh di takar pake cangkir, ukurannya 1 : 1 : 2 (telur, gula dan tepung).

PS : Tiap kali menuang adonan yang akan dipanggang, adonannya di aduk dulu agar rata. Jangan lupa, adonan yang menunggu giliran di panggang, di tutup dengan piring (atau apa aja deh) supaya gak kering.

Krabby Patty Recipe ,.

Krabby Patties are burger-like fast food items sold at the Krusty Krab restaurant, in which its recipe is kept top secret in Bikini Bottom. But, i found it for you!

The Krabby Patty has a dangerous and unfortunate side effect. When way too many Krabby Patties are eaten at one time, all the fat, starch and other undersea ingredients would go to the consumer’s thighs and this causes them to soon explode. This happened to Squidward Tentacles in “Just One Bite” when he broke into the Patty Vault and ate too many Krabby Patties at once. Fortunately Squidward was only reduced to a living head and survived the explosion.

However, if one does not have a Krabby Patty after an extensive period, he/she will suffer from Krabby Patty Withdrawal. If one does not eat a Krabby Patty during the withdrawal, he/she will whine about it for a few minutes.

KRABBY PATTY RECIPE

Ingredients:
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 tbsp. finely chopped celery
4-6 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. thyme
1 lb. frozen imitation crabmeat, (defrosted and finely chopped in a food processor)
3/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 tbsp. mayonnaise (plus 1 cup for dipping sauce)
2 eggs, lightly beaten
A pinch of salt and pepper (to taste)
3 tbsp. ketchup (for dipping sauce)
1 cup of love


Start Cooking:
1. Sauté the onions and celery in 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the thyme, lower the heat, and cook until the onions are translucent.

2. In a large bowl combine the crabmeat, sautéed onions and celery, bread crumbs, Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, egg, salt and pepper to taste. Stir to combine.

3. Shape into rounds by using a small ice cream scoop, then gently pat flat.

4. Heat 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large skillet. Working in batches (2 to 3 crab cakes at a time) place the crab cakes in a skillet and cook until golden brown, about 2 minutes per side. You may need to add more oil for the second and third batches.

5. Preheat the oven to 298°F. Transfer the crab cakes to the baking pan and bake for 10 minutes. The crab cakes can be kept in a warm oven for approximately 30 minutes, or they may be reheated at serving time. Serve with a kid-friendly dipping sauce. Mix 1 cup of mayonnaise with 3 tablespoons of ketchup.

ehm,,
ini tampilan blog saia yang baru, lebih warna warni, biar norak aja sih. hha!
gk maksud norak maksudnya, tapi maksudnya warna-warni itu adalah maksud saia yg ingin mengisi blog ini dengan macam-macam maksud, apa pun itu, itu maksudnya!

sebelumnya blog ini saia isi dengan hal yang berbau makan, makan dan makan!
tapi utk sekarang juga lebih kurang begitu, banyak tentang makan-makanan, yang lebih baik untuk segera dimakan,. :mj

ini bulan puasa, saia tau itu!
oleh sebab itu saia akan berbagi satu resep dari eyang google saia,.
tepatnya dari boycreations, sangat cocok untuk berbuka, segar sekali sepertinya,.

okey, smoga masih kuat sampe sirine berkumandang, amiiin :]

Es Teler 2010, begitu namanya!


Bahan:
3 buah alpukat masak, keruk daging buahnya
100 g nangka, buang bijinya, potong melintang 11/2 cm
150 g daging buah kelapa muda
250 ml sirop vanili
air masak
es batu, serut
susu kental manis putih


Cara membuat:

Siapkan 4 gelas saji. Beri masing-masing sirop vanili.
Tambahkan alpukat, nangka, dan kelapa muda.
Tuangi air masak, beri es batu serut.
Tambahkan susu kental manis.
Sajikan dingin.

Untuk 4 gelas

Ice Cream Cake

Chocolate-Cherry, Pistachio & Raspberry Ice Cream Cake


ingredients:

* 1/2 cup dried tart cherries

* 1/2 cup orange juice

* 1 5.5-ounce package amaretti cookies*

* 1/4 cup almonds, toasted
* 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

* 1 1/2 pints chocolate ice cream, softened

* 1 3-ounce bar imported milk chocolate, chopped
* 1 1/2 pints raspberry sorbet, softened
* 1 1/2 pints pistachio ice cream, softened
* 1 tablespoon grated orange peel

* Chocolate curls or additional amaretti cookies


preparation :


Boil dried tart cherries and orange juice in heavy small saucepan until all liquid is absorbed, stirring often, about 8 minutes. Remove pan from heat; cool completely.


Line 9x9x2-inch metal baking pan with foil, extending over sides of pan. Finely grind cookies and almonds in processor; add butter and process until moist crumbs form. Press crumbs onto bottom of foil-lined pan. Place in freezer.


Mix chocolate ice cream, chopped chocolate, and cherry mixture in medium bowl. Spoon over crust; smooth top. Freeze 30 minutes. Top with raspberry sorbet; smooth top. Freeze 30 minutes. Mix pistachio ice cream and orange peel in another medium bowl. Spoon over sorbet; smooth top (ice cream will come all the way up to top of pan). Cover and freeze until firm, at least 4 hours or overnight.


Using foil as aid, lift ice cream cake from pan; peel off foil. Use spatula dipped into hot water to smooth sides of cake. Transfer cake to platter. Garnish top of cake with chocolate curls or amaretti cookies dipped halfway into room-temperature Hot Fudge Sauce. Cut cake into squares. Serve with Hot Fudge Sauce.


Test-kitchen tip:

Soften the ice cream and sorbet in the microwave on high in two to three 10-second intervals until just soft enough to spread.
*Light, airy Italian almond macaroons that are available at some supermarkets and Italian markets.

Chocolate Meringue and Mint Chip Ice Cream Cake

ingredients :

* 10 1/2 tablespoons sugar, divided
* 1/2 cup powdered sugar
* 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
* 4 large egg whites
* 2 pints mint chip ice cream, slightly softened

* 1/2 cup chilled whipping cream
* 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 1/4 cup chocolate sprinkles

Preparation :

Position 1 rack in top third and 1 rack in bottom third of oven and preheat to 200°F. Line 2 large baking sheets with parchment paper. Trace two 12x4-inch rectangles, spaced slightly apart, on 1 paper. Trace one 12x4-inch rectangle on second paper. Turn papers over (marked lines should show through). Sift 3 tablespoons sugar, powdered sugar, and cocoa into medium bowl. Using electric mixer, beat egg whites in large bowl until frothy. Add 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar and beat until soft peaks form. Gradually add 5 tablespoons sugar, beating until whites are stiff and glossy. Fold in cocoa mixture. Spread 1/3 of meringue (about 1 1/2 cups) evenly over each marked rectangle. Bake meringues until dry, reversing sheets every hour, about 4 hours total. Turn off oven; leave meringues in oven overnight.

Lift meringues from parchment. Place 2 meringues on work surface. Gently spread 1 pint ice cream over each, being careful not to press hard to avoid cracking meringues. Place 1 filled meringue on long platter. Top with second filled meringue, then third meringue, pressing lightly to adhere. Cover and freeze assembled cake at least 2 hours and up to 1 day.

Beat cream, vanilla, and remaining 1 tablespoon sugar in small bowl until peaks form. Spread whipped cream on top layer of meringue to cover; scatter chocolate sprinkles evenly over. Cut crosswise into slices and serve.

Avocado - Melon Juice


Hmm,, sepertinya ini perpaduan yang uniq, dan saia ingin mencobanya apalagi panas-panas gini,,

200 grams melon
200 cc cold water
2 tablespoon fructose sugar concentrate

Directions

Blend all ingredients in blender and place in 2 glasses.

Mie Aceh

Hmm,,, kali ini saia akan membagikan resep mie aceh yang katanya sangat tersohor dimana-mana,, kalo ada orang yg maen-maen ke Aceh pasti nanya-nanya di mana mie aceh yang paling enak,,
padahal di Aceh ndiri gk ketemu tuh klo nyari mie Aceh, di Aceh mah adanya yaa mie goreng, mie tumis, mie rebus,..hehehehe !!


Resep Mie Aceh

Bahan:
400 gr mi kuning basah yang gilik
350 ml kaldu sapi
250 gr daging kambing potong kotak 1 cm, tebal 1/2 cm
3 bh bawang merah, iris halus
2 siung bawang putih, iris halus
100 gr taoge
½ sdt cabai bubuk
2 sdm kecap manis
1 bh tomat potong-potong
1 btg daun seledri, iris halus
1 btg daun bawang, iris halus
1 1/2 sdt garam
3 sdm minyak goreng

Bumbu Halus:
3 bh cabai merah
6 bh bawang merah
3 siung bawang putih
3 cm kunyit
3 bh kapulaga
¼ sdt jintan
½ sdt merica

Pelengkap:
emping goreng
Acar ketimun dan wortel

Cara Membuat:
1. Tumis bawang dan bumbu halus sampai harum, masukkan daging kambing sambil diaduk hingga berubah warna.
2. Tambahkan kaldu, tutup wajan, masak sampai daging lunak dan kuah mengental.
3. Masukkan mi, seledri, daun bawang dan garam, aduk rata. Tambahkan kecap manis, cabai bubuk, tomat dan taoge, aduk hingga layu dan bumbu meresap.
4. Angkat, sajikan dengan pelengkap.

Untuk 4 orang.

Blackberry . . .

Pastel Vasco with Blackberry Compote and Greek Yoghurt



Cake:

3 1/3 cups All Purpose Flour
1 1/2 Tablespoons of Baking Powder
3/4 teaspoon kosher salt

5 extra large eggs
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar, plus 1 1/2 Tablespoons
2 and 1/2 sticks of butter, melted (oof!)
3 Tablespoons of Dark Rum
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup fresh orange juice

Blackberry Compote:
2 pints blackberries
2 Tablespoons of lemon juice
2 Tablespoons of water
3 Tablespoons sugar (or to taste)

For the compote:
Place berries in a medium non-reactive saucepan, sprinkle with sugar, and add lemon juice and water. Cook berries over medium heat, until the berries start to soften and break down, but don't completely lose their shape. Scoop out about half the whole berries, and mash the remaining berries in the pan with a potato masher. Place the contents of the pan and the whole berries in a bowl and set aside to cool.

For the cake:
Sift the baking powder and flour together and stir in the salt

Whisk the eggs together in a large bowl, whisk in the sugar, melted butter, rum, extracts and orange juice. Fold in the dry ingredients and let the batter rest in the fridge for thirty minutes.

Preheat the oven to 400, and lightly butter a loaf pan. Pour 3/4 of the batter into the pan and add just over 1 cup of the berries, spreading along the batter. Top with the remaining batter, allowing some of the berries to show through. Bake for about one hour, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

To toast the cake, wait until it cools completely, and cut into 3/4 inch slices. Butter lightly on both sides and toast in a cast iron skillet until golden brown. Arrange the slices on a platter, and spoon the remaining compote over the top. Pass a small pitcher of cream or bowl of stirred Greek yoghurt around the table.

Thai Iced Coffee

Thai Iced Coffee . . .



A very smooth recipe for an iced chai coffee. The spiciness of chai isn't only for tea, you know. It's a simple blend that won't take you forever to put together. Spice up your coffee today.


Ingredients:
2 tsp cardamom, ground
4 tbs sugar
4 tbs heavy cream
1 tsp almond extract


Preparation:
Use your favorite brewing method to make 4 cups of coffee, mixing the ground cardamom in with the grounds first. Add sugar and almond to the hot coffee, and mix until dissolved. Let cool. Half-fill 4 tall glasses with crushed ice, then fill up with chilled coffee. Add a spoonful of cream to each, just before serving.
Serves 4

Hmm... CupCake O CupCake :9

right,..

i get a little crazy because CupCake,

i like it !!

okey, now i'll share you some my CupCake hunting recipes.

enjoy its delicious :D


Black Forest CupCake


yield: 24 cupcakes


1 recipe Chocolate Cake batter (click for recipe here)
Kirsch
1 can prepared cherry pie filling
1 aerosol can of whipping cream
dark chocolate shavings, sprinkles or any other fun toppings
maraschino cherries

Procedure:


Line 24 muffin tins with jumbo paper liners. Divide batter evenly between the 24 molds. Bake cupcakes at 350 degrees F for approximately 25 minutes, until done. Cool cupcakes on a rack.


Using a serrated knife, cut a cone of cake from the top of each cupcake. Reserve the cupcake cone for later. Sprinkle about 1/2 teaspoon of Kirsch into the cupcake hole and then spoon in about 1 Tablespoon of the cherry pie filling.

In my case, I was able to just fit in 3 whole cherries per cupcake.
Place cupcake top back on top and press slightly to fit.


Refrigerate filled cupcakes until ready to serve. The whipping cream does not sit very well and will quickly melt if left too long before serving.


When you're ready to serve, shake the aerosol can vigorously and turn completely upside down, swirling the foam from outside in on the cupcake tops.


Sprinkle with dark chocolate shavings or whatever fun toppings you desire.
Serve immediately.


Orange Creme Cupcake





Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Line a twelve cupcake/muffin pan with paper liners.








In a mixing bowl,

whisk together the dry ingredients:

3/4 cup sorghum flour
3/4 cup potato starch (not potato flour!)
3/4 cup organic cane sugar
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon xanthan gum
2 teaspoons fresh orange zest

Add in:

2 tablespoons light olive oil or vegetable oil
1 tablespoon agave or honey
1 cup fresh squeezed orange juice at room temperature (fresh juice gives the batter a fresh, bright taste)
1 tablespoon Ener-G Egg Replacer whisked with 1/4 cup warm water
2 teaspoons bourbon vanilla

Beat on medium speed for several minutes until the batter is smooth and fluffy.

My First Post !!

Hmm,.. Yummy :9
sudah lama saia ingin mengcreate blog tentang meal recipes.
dan hari ini baru kesampaian.

rencananya blog ini akan saia isi dengan resep makanan or minuman yang saia suka atau yang sedang saia ingini :9'

sesekali juga saia akan memposting yang kira-kira uniq atau menarik di mata saia,. yaa.. apa pun itu !!

Baiklah, untuk postingan yang pertama saia akan berbagi resep donat.
Kenapa donat? Karena saat ini saia sedang hountonii pengen !!

Mau beli juga udh biasa,.
Apa salahnya kita coba, kali-kali aja enak :D

yupp,.. ini dia ;))

Donat Kentang Yummy


Bahan:

500 gr tepung terigu protein tinggi
50 gr susu bubuk
11 gr ragi instant
200 gr kentang, kukus, haluskan dan dinginkan
100 gr gula psir
75 gr mentega
½ sdt garam
4 btr kuning telur
100 ml air dingin



Cara membuatnya:

Dalam wadah, campur tepung terigu, gula, susu bubuk, ragi instant, aduk rata, masukkan kentang halus ,tuang telur dan air dingin, uleni hingga rata dan setengah kalis.


Beri mentega dan garam, uleni terus hingga kalis elastis. Istirahatkan 15 menit.


Bagi adonan, masing-masing 50 gr, bulatkan. Diamkan 20 menit, hingga mengembang.


Lubangi tengahnya, menjadi bentuk donat, segera goreng sampai kuning kecoklatan. Angkat, tiriskan.

Taburi gula donat, atau hias dengan coklat


Tips sukses membuat donat kentang :

  1. Siapkan semua bahan terlebih dahulu tanpa ada yang boleh ketinggalan satupun, meski garam sekalipun.
  2. Ingat aturan bikin roti, ragi tidak boleh bertemu garam dan mentega. Nanti raginya mati, tidak mau mengembangkan adonan. Garam dan mentega masuknya setelah adonan setengah kalis.
  3. Haluskan kentang sampai benar-benar halus, kalau perlu pakai blender, supaya adonan bisa halus merata.
  4. Setelah Halus Dinginkan kentang sebelum dibuat Donat.
  5. Buat adonan hingga kalis elastis, ikuti step by step pada resep, hingga ketika dibulatkan permukaannya halus licin. Bulatan yang halus dan licin akan membentuk donat yang bulat cantik ketika digoreng/merekah.
  6. Istirahatkan adonan lk. 20 s/d 30 menit (tergantung cuaca), tutup dengan plastik supaya permukaannya tidak kering.
  7. Lubangi bagian tengahnya menggunakan sumpit, buat gerakan memutar pada lubang donat ketika donat mulai digoreng dan merekah, agar bentuknya membundar cantik. Gerakan memutar (sentrifugal) akan membantu terbentuknya donat yang bundar.
  8. Goreng dengan panas sedang (supaya donat matang sempurna sampai kebagian dalam) Bila salah satu sisi sudah kuning kecoklatan, segera balik, teruskan menggoreng sampai kedua sisi coklat. Angkat. Tiriskan.
