birthday this year was a pampering one!
:)
had spa and massage in the afternoon.
then headed to town for my mani and pedi
before going for Japanese dinner
and my favorite waffle dessert at Gelare!
:D
thank you baby! :)
pictures of family bday celebrations are now held hostage by
ANNALIZA TAN SUAT CHING!
LOL.
so i can only upload when she returns it to me.
*hint hint*
:P
headed down to school today for a meeting
which i was late by half an hr.
traveled an entire hour to get there,
and they spent only 15 mins to discuss what each of us had to do
then it was over. :(
i totally interrupted my sleep for nothing.
2 hours of traveling for a 15 min discussion.
WHY DIDN"T WE JUST DO IT OVER THE EMAIL?!?!?!?!?:(
on the positive note,
i got to go home early and managed to complete my other project.
phew~
2 more to go and 1 test to study for...
AhHhHhhHhhhh!!!!
Am so looking forward to tennis today.
finally away from all these work.
Ter! here i come!!!
LOL.

Met the class last weekend for some catching up before HZY returns to Australia.
There were just so many new updates
and boy are they juicy! :P
Practically discussed everything from sex change to "helmets"...
You can imagine the amount of laughter in Oocha @ Raffles City.
:P
And before we left for home,
the gang had to visit the restroom.
guess what's in there? ;)
A butt-washing toilet bowl that warms the seat and dries your behind as well!
LOL
Check this out!

And i thought only the Japanese would put this in their malls.
:P
but it was an interesting experience...
hahahahahaha.
Many people leaving for Australia this week.
can't wait to meet up with them again at the end of the year. :)

Went for the Career Fair at NUS yesterday with Flor and Ter.
Loads of Government org hiring, i can tell ya.
if you're not interested in getting a govt. job, i'd say don't bother.
haha.
but the Casino Regulatory Authority was really cool.
though i think there's gonna be many people applying for that job. ;)

Then Ter and i had to rush down to Burghley Drive for our tennis lesson #2!
think we looked funny
running in our heels and business attire.
hahahaha.
but we learnt to serve and did rallying!
but one time, the ball actually dropped onto my head.
*OUCH!
In any case,
it was still fun Fun FUN!
think we will finish learning the basics in no time! :D

It's V-day tmr and i've got no plans.
how sad.
Mum came back early today and asked "Are you going out tmr?"
me: "don't know yet..."
:(
oh well,
8 years together, don't expect much.
besides, i hated waiting in line for dinner and squeezing with the rest of the lovebirds in town.

Ter and I had our first tennis lesson yesterday.
it was FUN!
the coach is really friendly. :)
unlike the one in the next court who's been shouting at the poor boy for the entire hour he's been training.
:P
while the coach was trying to tell us how to do the forehand...
he used the escalator imagery in taka to describe the movement of the racket.
LOL.
and when he mentioned we have to return to the 'highest level',
i added "to do our manicure."
hahahaha.
what a time to be thinking about prettying up your nails.
:P
It's been a real challenge to get the right tennis attire for this training.
and i'm just glad i finally bought them.
phew~
enough shopping for awhile. ;)
Yvonne: I have uploaded the CNY photos onto Facebook. :)
