Hello fellow Officers,

1. Meet at Delta wing at 0700 Monday as we need to settle some admin stuff before we all go to the ceremonial hall together (don't forget to ba-loong-loong walk HAHAHA). Attire - smart 4 beret... remember to change your rank ;)

2. Those who bought the CD bring the money on Monday as well

3. Everyone in the comms ball committee, check your emails for Final Coord 1 email!! Spread the msg to check your emails!

4. For those who have yet to pay up for commissioning ball, please bring the remainder of the money by tomorrow and pass them to Kaijun. Thks!

5. Comms ball will begin at 6pm. Try not to be late as you all will be taking photographs for your own souvenir

6. Last but not least, dont forget to prepare a Xmas Gift $10 - $15 (wrapped with no lewd stuff, as we will be exchanging with CO and LTA Wang as well)

1. Book in for first parade at 1000 in Admin

2. Bring a ziploc bag for your spare white inner shirt and towel (cleanliness optional :P)

3. Have your parents fill out the "Survey on values and leadership inculcation in OCS" and bring it tomorrow when you book in

4. Give your camp pass to Matthew as soon as you book in

5. Prepare for area cleaning/inspection at 1100, as well as those people who need to go to the parade square in admin (e.g. contingent commanders, left/right markets, etc)

Hey all,

1. Book in Sunday by 2130, admin

2. For those who brought back your No. 1 / No. 2:
i. Bring back ALL the buttons you put on your no. 2 because you will need all 13 buttons for your No.1 Inspection on Monday
ii. Bring back your Parade No. 1 !!!!

3. Order your sword case if you want and haven't already (refer to previous post)

4. Vote for your comms ball dinner menu (refer to previous post)

5. Bring money:
i. $30 for course magazine
ii. $4 (in addition to the $8 already paid) if you want an enlarged picture (Wearing No. 1 taken in SOL)
iii. $10 if you want the ACPC picture of you receiving your sword OR $18 if you want the ACPC picture of you receiving your sword framed + a CD with all the photos taken by the photographer at ACPC, Dining in, Comms Parade.

6. Take note of the area cleaning tips [Listed at the end of the post]

7. Remember to get a gift by comms ball for the gift exchange. Something nice, from $10-$15, no lewd stuff please. Your date doesn't need to bring one, but if she wants to, then she'll get a number and gift as well. Up to you whether to put who it's from on it or not, but please wrap the gift(s)!

AREA CLEANING NOTES

Toilets:
- Toilet seats up for every inspection
- Underside of sinks must be scrubbed clean
- Mirrors have to be cleaned and NO WATER MARKS
- Cubicle dividers have to be clean (no brown/black stuff on it)
- Wooden planks/benches have to be devoid of marks/stains (e.g. toothpaste)
- No foreign objects in the toilet (e.g. shampoo, soap, hangers, toothpaste, shavers etc)

Kitchenette:
- Drawers in the kitchenette have to be emptied. All restricted material to be consolidated and passed back to instructors.
- Water cooler has to be clean of brown/black stuff.

Bunks:
- Tuck your bedsheets in UNDER the bed.
- Cobwebs should be easily removed with a swipe of your broom or cloth
- Everywhere under the table should be cleaned (e.g. behind computer)
- Fans and lights need to be cleaned
- Mattress should be lifted up to clean the bed frame.
- Minimal items left in the drawers so that they can be emptied when handing over.
- Windows have to be cleaned (no water marks, no dust)
- Blinds must be cleaned
- Top of cupboard (above where you put your comder’s bag) must be cleaned
- Floor should be devoid of kiwi stains.

Sword Case Orders

Hey guys,

As referred to in the previous post, we can get cheaper sword cases through an alternate supplier. Here is the ORDER FORM if you are interested.

Please submit by Sunday as that is our deadline. Thanks!

Joint Term R.O. #2

1. Book in for R.O. in admin at 2130 (Delta time)

2. Bring all your No. 1 & 2 uniforms, complete with accessories

3. Bring your logistics pt attire as we will be wearing it for the cohesion run and subsequent 10x400m challenge

4. Decide whether you want a sword case, and bring the completed form and deposit if so [ps. check out a cheaper alternative before you commit!]

5. Pay up your comms ball deposit if you haven't done so already
