Hello people!!! haven't seen you all in a really long while...so sorry i couldn't go for the movie outing yest..had other plans already...anyway, hope those who went enjoyed yourselves!!
ok, on to the main reason for this blog...i'm actually acting on orders from our CT rep, who is in M'sia and has hence hired me to be his secretary..haha..SO, we are thinking of having a class gathering (probably a party or meal) sometime in july..it's for everyone to meet up and see each other officially for maybe (but hopefully not) the last time before everyone in class goes to different countries, on different courses etc...and we'll be asking the teachers along as well, to catch up with them and also to thank them for all their help!
And since it's such an important and meaningful event, we hope that EVERY ANIMAL of 7A zoo will be able to turn up :) so, im posting this really really early, and booking all of you in advance..anyone who is going overseas for tours or will still be overseas (eg: puddle) or will be stuck in some ulu part of singapore (guys, do you all still have extended periods of confinement or anything?? i'm super not updated), please tell me asap k? Then i'll try to find a specific day (probably a weekend) when everyone if free and you all can reserve it specially for the class!! (and if anyone else tries to date you on that day, please say that you have a hotter date already :P)
We'll decide on the activity again..need not be a simple meal only, maybe even chalet/ sleepover/camping? All suggestions and contributions (like your house for sleepover?) are welcome!! Hope to hear from you all soon! (if not, i'll come irritate you all again...heh...)

The movie time is now 7.30, not 5.15 (i.e., 5mins before the original time we planned). A new time slot was added today, and there's lots of seats, so I have booked 11 seats for now.

A bunch of compassionate people (Dignity Links Ltd), set up a cafe as a social enterprise project to support people who had recovered from their mental illnesses.
The Cafe, located at Clifford Centre #01-K2, is Social Enterprise project (high end Cafe) as a supportive employment for people who have recovered from mental illness. They are folks who are
Ø Certified 'Fit for Work' by a registered medical professional
Ø Interested in seeking employment
Ø Unable to find and sustain suitable employment
This project is funded by MCYS and Headed by Institute of Mental Health together with few others consultants and collaborators. You can't miss it, it has a strong Red Color Pillar.
Pls pass words round and go there for a cup of Latte or coffee with cheese cake etc to go with it.
Your support will give them a encouragement and empowerment to integrate back to society.

I heard this today from my auntie! The gist of it goes like this:
A Polish Guy brought his wife to court, accusing her of trying to kill him.
A menacing debate ensued, with the judge finally questioning him, "How do you know that your wife wants to kill you in the first place?"
He finally said,"I found this glass bottle she bought in the cupboard. It said 'POLISH REMOVER'!"
very tickled, I was. though I should have heard this somewhere before:)
