Easter 2011

We had a wonderful day today...eggs, baskets, candy, a beautiful Easter video, uplifting church meetings (Em gave her first talk in Sacrament Meeting and did beautifully!) and a delicious dinner with family.

I tortured posed the kids for a few quick pics after church. I thought everyone looked especially spiffy in their new Easter clothes.

The boys did hate wearing the ties that went along with their shirts, but we compromised by leaving the top button undone and clipping the shirt together with the tie. It seemed to alleviate the complaints of "it CHOKES me" quite nicely. I just can't resist cute boys in dress shirts and ties!

I loved the girls in their cute spring dresses! They looked so sweet and pretty. They are growing into such beautiful young ladies.

Sweet Sixteen

On Wednesday, Kurt and I celebrated our 16th wedding anniversary! I am lucky and blessed to be married to such a wonderful, caring and hard-working man. Kurt is an amazing husband, a fantastic father and the best thing that ever happened to me.

Nat turns 9!

On December 12th, nine years ago, a beautiful, talented, strong willed girl joined our family. Natalie was the calmest, easiest baby, and we are paying for it now. We still love her and are grateful for her. We love to hear her sing! We love how caring she is for her family and friends. She is a fantastic student in school and extremely bright. She has been part of the One Voice Children's Choir for over a year now, and she has really grown into a great performer. Please enjoy these pictures of our wonderful Natalie. We love you Natalie!

Happy Birthday Alex

Let's start with an Update on Alex!
Alex turned 4 on the 18th and he's ready for the Big Leagues! He is an awesome kid with a great sense of humor and a crazy musical talent. He loves his dog, Dash, and his big brother Todd. He's his mother's helper and the only kid that does what he is told. (I'm sure that will change.) He started preschool this year and is loving it.
I can't believe the baby of the family is 4!
