June

June was a busy month for our family.  It started off the first weekend with Jantzyn going to youth conference with the ward.  Kass and Kales wedding was the same weekend her youth conference ended so we picked her up on friday night.  We drove up with Gpa and Gpa Losee (Terry couldn't pass up a chance to drive his dad's new truck).  Friday night we walked over to Thanksgiving point and had icecream and looked at the hidden gardens.  Then saturday we headed to Big Cottonwood Canyon for the wedding and then to south jordan for the luncheon and reception.  It was fun being together with the family again.  And Kassi's wedding was beautiful.

Jantzyn was so excited she caught the bouquet!

Everyone had fun dancing

And taking pictures with the gorgeous sunset in the background

Love on mon and tuesdays when Jaice is watching Grae because we get entertaining snap chats all day long!

Jantzyn also attended a UVU id camp with her friend Emma and did really well.  It was a good one to attend because it helped her make the decision to eliminated UVU as a school she wanted to go to.

The next week from wed-sun were Regionals.  Because we won presidents cup last year and then everything got cancelled we were able to go to this years regionals as a wild card because it was being held in utah this time.  We didn't know what to expect and how well we would do.  But the girls played awesome together and we ended up losing in the final on Sunday.  The team that won ended up winning the Nationals so we felt pretty good about how well the girls preformed.

In between games (they only played one game a day) Jantzyn wanted to go look at temple around.  The first one we went to was the bountiful.  After we walked around it we went and visited Terry's friend  Rob who lives just right by the temple.  It was fun to visit and see how their family is doing.

Day two of the games there was a poor baby crow that hurt it wing and kepts coming on the field.  So we had a little delay trying to get him to get off the field.

We drove by the Oquirrg mt temple after that days game but we had to get ready for the RSL game so we didn't have time to walk around it.

All the teams that made it to regionals got discounted tickets to the game and were recognized.  It was fun and the girls had fun sitting together.

Saturday's semi final game we knew was going to be tough.  It was another team from Utah we had played before and lost to in a semi final a couple years earlier.  So the girls knew they needed to be at their best.  We ended up winning a very hard faught game 1-0 in a penalty kick at the very end of the game.

Jantzyn in front of the flags representing all the states in our region.

Jantzyn had too many bruises to count after saturday's game.  She took some hard hits all week but just keeps playing and giving 100%.

The final game was on sunday.  Because we have so many girls that won't play on sundays we didn't have any subs and some of our best players weren't there but the girls that were played so hard and we looked really good against this team that was beating other teams 12-0.  After playing 4 games before this one and being short subs and strength we just couldn't hold them the whole game and ended up losing.  But to say how proud we were of them was a understatement.

This was probably the last tournament with most of our girls.  It was such a bitter sweet tournament.  We have come to think of each girl and their family as our own.  We will forever be grateful that Montana kept bugging terry and Jantzyn to have her come be on the HEAT FC 03 team.  It has made our lives better.

We drove home from a week long of soccer playing at regionals for Jantzyn to go to bed and get up early the next morning to head back up for high school soccer camp.  She was exhausted but had a good time at camp.

Just a cute picture of these two and a sunset.

Grae loves throwing stuff and then chasing after it.

He looked so cute in this outfit like a little turtle.

Some shoes we bought him to wear on our vacation in cali.

One of the first times he pulled himself up.

We also celebrated this cute girls 21st B-day.  She wanted clothes so we took her shopping and she picked out some cute things at H&M and I also surprised her with some cute new nikes.  Kiel surprised her with a dyson hair dryer she had been wanting for a while but they are very expensive so she never bought it.  After we got back from Cali we took her to Pasta factory for her B-day dinner.
