Easter and the rest of April

Easter is just not as fun with teenage and Adult children.  The girls didn't even look at their baskets until after church.  But they still were happy with what they got.  And I was able to really focus on the real meaning of Easter.  I loved church.  I felt the spirit so strong through the whole 2 hours.  I even cried a couple of times.  I am very grateful for my savior and the amazing selfless thing he did for me so that I can live forever with the people I cherish.
We did color eggs this year, which we haven't done for a very very long time.  And then headed over to Gma and Gpa Losee's for a very yummy rib and dutch oven chicken and potato dinner.  We had fun visiting family and enjoying the day.

This year we kept it small.  Jadyn got some new pillows for her new couch and a little plant to go on her new tv stand.  Since Jake is stuck at home with his foot up for a while I got him Instant Family movie and a 3d metal tank puzzle.  Jaice got some earrings and swimsuit that didn't arrive until monday. and a pillow for her house that says Love you to the moon and back (tim always says that to her).  Jantz got a phone case, a new shirt, and a new makeup bag.

sent this picture to jor so she could see what she got.  She also had a swimsuit shipped to her apt. And some sandals too!
Terry and I got new church clothes.
We sent Tim some new chapstick that he "can't live without" and sweet tart rope with a note from us and Jaice telling him happy Easter.

Love opening the door to see this!!! Although Terry not so much...haha
Re-did my picture wall at work.  It's what makes me happy while staring at the computer all day.  I love each one of these people and I love their loves too!!

Jorrin and Bridger come for a visit

Bridger is getting ready to go to San Diego for 4 months and Jorrin wanted to have one last get away before he does.  It was so nice to get them all weekend long without anything else needing to be done.  They got here late Thursday night on fri. we went shopping, got Jor a new debit card, and then went to Jaicelyn's soccer game.  After the game everyone came over ate and played guitar hero.  It eventually turned into a trick/yoga/leg wrestling tournament but we were all laughing so hard we didn't even realize what time we ended up going to bed.  On Saturday we went to another one of Jaices games and then the kids again came over to play games.  One reason Jor wanted to come down was to use Bridgers new tent and go camping.  Friday it rained most of the day and Saturday we ran out of time to find a camp site.  So they set it up in the back yard pulled out the fire pit and camped in our own nature.  Sunday we went to church and enjoyed the rest of the day together before they had to leave. These are the weekends I look forward to when everyone is together.
