Mom and Dad Losee 50th anniversary dinner

On April 12, 2018 mom and dad Losee celebrated their 50th.  Stacy and Robyn worked hard to set up a time and place for all of us to meet for dinner on Saturday to celebrate.  We met at Milt's in Cedar and had a good time being together for a couple of hours eating and celebrating with them.

Jantzyn has a job

One of the girls on Jantzyn's team talked her into taking the reffing class with her and 7 other girls on the team.  Jantzyn got her first reffing assignment to ref 3 games.  I think she was a little nervous (she knew she would get yelled at).
her trying to be excited...
the way she really felt about it..haha!
Terry went with her to make her feel a little better and she did an awesome job.  She only got yelled at by one of the dads from our team (she was reffing his son's game).  He was just joking with her though!

Easter

Danna and Ryan invited us over for dinner and a flash light easter egg hunt on Saturday night.  It was so much fun. We had Carne Asada for the first time and it was delicious (we will definitly have it again).  Then the older kids helped hide the eggs for the littles and when they were done they found what was left.

Jadyn getting little Sonny to sleep (I think she is starting to get a little more baby hungry).

Easter morning baskets!

In between conference sessions we headed over to wish Gpa Losee a happy -day!

The girls taking out Jaicelyn as a tag team...haha!

Jorrin's bad luck

Jorrin has a love/hate relationship with Provo.  She has had some good things happen while living there but most have been a trial and growing up experience for her.  On the Saturday before Easter she was headed home to pack up and head home to st george to surprise us for conference/easter.  She was almost to her complex when she had stopped for a person to turn into their complex before hers when a kid that was distracted by his dog coming in the front seat rammed into the back of her car.  She called and was very calm about it.  We got her insurance info and the tow truck came to get the car.  She held it together until he told her that her car would be totaled.  That's when she lost it.  She has loved her car and only had it for a year.   She was still able to ride down with her friend Drew that day and I'm so glad she did because she had a pretty bad concussion and whip lash.  She rested with us for the weekend and headed back up to go to the doctor and start physical therapy for her whip lash. We also have had to do everything with our insurance because they so couldn't get a hold of the kid to have him say it was hit fault.  The whole thing has not been fun especially trying to figure out when we could meet to get her another car and find one that she wanted (basically she wanted the same exact car).  One day I was looking on ksl and a little dealership in Richfield had just taken a trade in that was a 2013 Elantra same color as her's.  So after figuring everything out she headed to richfield on friday test drove it and signed all the paper work and then I headed up there Saturday to test drive it and sign my part of the paperwork.  My parents were headed up north so they followed me and then drove the car the rest of the way up to Jor.  I am just happy things worked out they way they did.  Even though she basically threw away a year of car payments.  She has seemed to love this one just as much.

Jordyn rode down with her to test drive it.
her next adventure was two nights after getting the car she got a parking ticket.  Man that girl just keeps having the worst luck.

Jantzyn las vegas soccer league spring season

Since the girls have been doing so well and most of the teams that we play in the St. George league they beat but 10- 0 or more last year, they decided to try a Vegas league this spring to push themselves.  So far we have had 3 games and they tied 1 and have won 2.  The parents take turns going down so at least a couple are there to cheer them on and the girls have loved it so far.

Jaice Junior year of track

Jaice ended up enjoying her track season last year and decided to do it again.  We have tried to make it to as many as we can.  Her first one was at PV and she did okay against a lot of big schools and out of 157 girls running the 100 she finished first in her heat and 40.  Not to bad for her first run.

The 2nd track meet was at hurricane and she finished 5th in the 100 and 2nd in the 4x100 relay.  The 3rd one was and D hills and she finished 6 in the 100 and 3rd in the 4x100.  She again has been enjoying it and has made some new friends also.
