Fourth of July

Another easy going 4th.
We had our usual BBQ

This year while the girls waited for the fire works they watched a movie

then we went and visited Jorrin working her first day with her best friend Jordyn
at US Snow

We got Red, White, and Blue to celebrate the day.

We even got a little rain shower to cool us off while waiting at the park

Jaice and Sadie were twinners and they didn't even plan it.

everyone relaxing and chatting while we wait.  This year the show went a little longer because of a couple of malfunction's but it was great!

Heaven Help us we have another teenage girl in the house!

Yep it's true Jaice is 13.  This year for her b-day she got Roller Blades, a cover for her i-pod, a swimsuit and flip flops, a cute new outfit, and fingernail polish, and since the family was down she got spoiled from them too.  She got a very beautiful necklace from Corb/Megan's family, Whitney and the boys gave her $10, and Austin and Marianne gave her some new sandals.  What a way to leave childhood.

Jaicelyn Rad 80's Skating Party

On Sat June 29th we packed up the cars and headed to Veyo to step back in time for Jaicelyn's B-day party.  Ever since we went to my friends 80's skating party that is all Jaice wanted for her B-day was to do the same.  The only hard part is Jaice's b-day is in the summer so a lot of her friends aren't around.  We did have a pretty good turn out 10 of her friends were able to come and with the family being there is was so much fun.

Well after we got the....

air working....

music working...

and lights working, that is.

Jaice had a really good time with her friends and family and was a good  hostess.

We gave prizes for the best 80's dress up.

The family had fun too.

Whit with her boys getting her up on her skates

Jenna didn't like skating so much but loved riding on this wiggle car the rest of the night.

Mom and Dad enjoyed watching everyone

Robyn and Adam were pro's
They even lead everyone in the "train"

Then there was Terry, he won for the best family 80's guy

He skated with each of his girls

If you look closely you can see  i am wearing the actual Duran Duran pins Terry showed me the day we met!

Austin said he wasn't going to skate but,
from wathcing Marianne...

We got him up and going, and he even like it!

You could put these two in a room with padded white walls and they would still have fun.

The four of us have still got it going on!

Mom and Dad Losee had fun watching too!

So much fun.  Sometimes i miss the 80's (not).
