Mikayla was recognized twice a school assembly this morning. She received a GRIT award for Focus from her teacher Ms. Ries and she also received a GRIT award fro Perseverance and Focus from her PE teacher Mr. Martinez. Mikayla has been at her new school for about 6 weeks and is doing very well.
