Hi everyone... here to tok abt my cambridge trip and post some pics... hav been wanting to do it but was rly busy catching up these few weeks...

alright, basically the cambridge town is a university town. Cambridge uni consists of 31 colleges (so called faculties in sg unis) and these colleges are scattered all over the town... so cambridge uni is nt a huge building by itself... tts y when we apply to study there, we apply to the college, nt the uni... but at the end of the day, the degree is issued by the uni itself... hope tis info will be of use to those who r interested in studying there... haha esp those who r scoring As (we noe who la hor)

The course i attended during my 2 weeks stay was biotech. We hav lectures and tutorials every morning and pracs in the afternoon... wad they taught us was rly chim but i guessed hwa chong and rj ppl understood it... i mostly enjoyed the pracs and some outings cos we got to see alot of expensive research labs and equipments... We oso had 2 free days where all 19 of us booked coach tickets to london... visited places lik big ben, london eye etc... the london tube (rail) system is the one's tt v rundown though its v convenient...

Well, this trip was rly a good experience and all the catching up was worth it la... btw the pj ppl spent many late nights catching up on the syllabus here... and it was a horrible experience cos i can'r rly study at night... haha ok shall nt tok any more le... i uploaded selected photos frm the trip on tis website... enjoy =) there are captions to explain every photograph btw
