I love doing quizzes.
Here are the results of a personality quiz I did on facebook.
Openness
This trait refers to the extent to which you prefer novelty versus convention. Approximately 16% of respondents have a lower openness raw percentage than yours. From the way you answered the questions, you seem to describe yourself as someone who is down-to-earth and prefers things to be simple and straightforwards. You might say that it just makes life easier if things don't change unnecessarily, that the arts are of no practical use to you, and that you think tradition is more important than others do.
Conscientiousness
This trait refers to the extent to which you prefer an organised, or a flexible, approach in life. Approximately 1.5% of respondents have a lower conscientiousness raw percentage than yours. From the way you answered the questions, you seem to describe yourself as someone who is impulsive and whimsical, and fine with it! From your responses it appears that you would say that sometimes decisions need to be made quickly, and that you make them quicker than most! You would say you are zany, colourful, and just generally great fun to be with... as long as someone isn't relying on you to get some work done.
Extraversion
This trait refers to the extent to which you enjoy company, and seek excitement and stimulation. Approximately 24.2% of respondents have a lower extraversion raw percentage than yours. From the way you answered the questions, you seem to describe yourself as someone who prefers low-key social occasions, with a few close friends. You might say that it's not that you are afraid of large parties; they're just not that fun for you.
Agreeableness
This trait refers to the way you express your opinions and manage relationships. Approximately 3.5% of respondents have a lower agreeableness raw percentage than yours. From the way you answered the questions, you seem to describe yourself as someone who is willing to make difficult decisions when necessary, and will point out when something is wrong no matter what other people might feel. Your responses suggest that you would say that you can be tough and uncompromising.
Emotional Stability
This trait refers to the way you cope with, and respond to, life's demands. Approximately 94.5% of respondents have a lower neuroticism raw percentage than yours. From the way you answered the questions, you seem to describe yourself as someone who tends to be more self-conscious than many. Based on your responses, you come across as someone who can find it hard to not get caught up by anxious or stressful situations. You might say that you are in touch with your own feelings.
Cool shit.

HELLO.
Inspired by Derrick's post, here is a villanelle I like by Wendy Cope. I like the rhythm of the poem, or whatever you call it, some Lit student please enlighten me.
From June to December
Summer Villanelle
from Making Cocoa for Kingsley Amis
You know exactly what to do—
Your kiss, your fingers on my thigh—
I think of little else but you.
It's bliss to have a lover who,
Touching one shoulder, makes me sigh—
You know exactly what to do.
You make me happy through and through,
The way the sun lights up the sky—
I think of little else but you.
I hardly sleep-an hour or two;
I can't eat much and this is why—
You know exactly what to do.
The movie in my mind is blue—
As June runs into warm July
I think of little else but you.
But is it love? And is it true?
Who cares? This much I can't deny:
You know exactly what to do;
I think of little else but you.

The other poem in 1b) was a (variation on a) villanelle! The villanelle is a wonderful form that is exceedingly obsessive, requires an amazing amount of craftsmanship, but is very beautiful if done properly.
I know because I've written a (lousy) one. But I can recommend "Do Not Go Gentle Into That Good Night" by Dylan Thomas; it's a wonderful example of the form. Done very well.
In fact, I think I'll post it below.
Do not go gentle into that good night,
Old age should burn and rave at close of day;
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.Though wise men at their end know dark is right,
Because their words had forked no lightning they
Do not go gentle into that good night.Good men, the last wave by, crying how bright
Their frail deeds might have danced in a green bay,
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.Wild men who caught and sang the sun in flight,
And learn, too late, they grieved it on its way,
Do not go gentle into that good night.Grave men, near death, who see with blinding sight
Blind eyes could blaze like meteors and be gay,
Rage, rage against the dying of the light. And you, my father, there on the sad height,
Curse, bless me now with your fierce tears, I pray.
Do not go gentle into that good night.
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.- Dylan Thomas
So many children, hunched and bent,
And reaching at a future dim
Three weeks- already most are spent,
And hope is nothing but a gleam-
What power cursed them in its whim?-
They fight against the sinking bright,
Like beanstalks creeping towards the light.
Not understanding what things meant,
With pupils closed, they splash and swim.
Scarce eighteen years have watched, and sent
Them on their way to reach their dream-
As false and faint to grasp as steam-
They live to taste the sun's delight,
Like beanstalks creeping towards the light.
But can it be at last their end?
Despair and failure are a team-
Between them, many dreams are rent.
One stops the light, the hopeful beam,
The other chills the heart and spleen.
What succour, they, who face the blight-
Those beanstalks creeping towards the light?
Life ever will be in a man
As long as hopes remain as keen.
So many years have now been spent,
And life's purchase not yet redeemed,
But on they stride, and on they dream.
So quick to sprout, and still they fight-
Those beanstalks creeping towards the light.
