MURPH PREP‼️ - Murph is a Hero Wod that we all take part in on Memorial Day every year. The workout consists of:(1 Mile Run, 100 Pull Ups, 200 Push Uos, 300 Air Squats, 1Mile Run). - It is a challenging workout for sure, but don’t let that intimidate you. We are providing a 6 week Prep, to get you physically and mentally prepared for the Workout. - Saturday mornings from 9-10am.
