Aug 16, 2017 · Monitor refresh rate or frame rate limiter, but seems you have solved it already. It needa to run at 60 fps, no more or less. I have a 144 hz monitor, so I used Nvidia profile inspector and limited frame rate somewhere close to 60, because 144 fps was too fast.
