After the issue is resolved, providers can check claim status using our online claims lookup tool at: https://services.providrscare.net/BizServ/MedClaimSearch.aspx We will ask providers to wait 10 business days after the resolution notice before checking for newly submitted claims.

ProviDRs Care works in tangent with payers and does not pay claims. A payer will be either an insurance company or a third-party administrator and is responsible for the adjudication and payment of claims. The name of the payer can be found on a members ID card.
