Before installing Project the first time, sign in with an existing or new Microsoft Account and enter your product key* at microsoft365.com/setup. Redeeming your key links your account with the Project app and you only have to do this once.

Get started managing a new project. Add, outline, and link tasks, switch to different views, and print your project.

You can open a project from Project Web App for viewing and editing in Microsoft Project Professional 2016 or Microsoft Project Pro for Office 365.
