Proposed rule change: allow players to concede on their turn only
Jun 6, 2015 · In lost games, many players play out a full turn and then immediately resign on their opponent's turn, just before being defeated. I find such behavior to be rude. I am not against players conceding, but believe they should have to do so on their own turn.
